One camera arrived defective, but customer service was amazing and they replaced it extremely quickly. Everything works great and easy set up. Nice system and price. I have a second router in my shed which is connected to my main router to provide wifi to the shed. I connected a PoE switch to the second router and was able to connect additional cameras that way. The app also works nicely to review alarm triggers when youre not at home, or just watch live footage to know whats going on with kids, pets, etc. Overall very satisfied with the product and customer service.

Bought this July16 2025 and I now have 3 cameras that have failed. The video quality sucks. Would not recommend buying one year after purchase half the cameras have failed. Complete junk. Would not recommend to anyone

love this unit. I love that i can use the app and zoom in or turn the camera to see better. i love that the camera track people, animals, it has sound Yet i haven't seemed to get the ability to talk to people using it yet.( I get horrible feedback when i try to) But I can hear and it does pick up audio when it sees something.. I often us the playback from my phone and i can record clips when i want to. the quality is the best out of all the ones i have tried. The night view is also great. overall a great unit. We will see how it holds up long term, i did have one camera go purple within the first 2 days and i replaced it, but after i let it sit a few days plugged back in and it seemed to be okay not sure what happened I think i had it mounted directly in the sun and it did something.

This is a joke the HDD come broke it has you running around like a chicken with no head i most confess worse buy of my life. Update So they sent me a new HDD no problem after like a year so there good working camers either way thanks yall.

I was a bit leary because the cost was so low, but with black Friday savings I decided to give it a go. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the easy of setup of the equipment as well as the mobile and PC apps. The picture quality is what I would expect during daylight hours, but by FAR outshines my older Zmpdo setup. The choice between color and infrared night vision is fantastic. The PTZ functionality works as advertised on all humans detected. The apps work well and are layed out simply enough so that even someone who has never installed a system before can handle this one with ease. Overall, pleased beyond expectations and would recommend.

1 of my camera is flipping upside down and the picture gets bright and quite recording. It was not worth the money we spent. I have tried to call hiseeu and email all the emails/number on the book as well as what Amazon gave me to not get a response or get hung up on before a rep answers the phone. I did speak to 1 person to sent me a email and said attach pictures I did that and still haven’t got a replacement or what the next steps were. I have tried to call and call and will have to get another camera because no one is getting back to me and I refuse to purchase an another camera because it isn’t working in the same week. It also listed motion detection. There is no motion detection it is human detection. When I brought up that the description is false they said human detection is motion. I explained to the rep what motion detection was and then what human detection was due to have another camera that got fried with a storm I had both. She didn’t seem to care as the customer service was not great. Beware of these cameras if you are buying them. If you need help you won’t get a response I think they are waiting until you can no longer return it.
