This is the third security camera system I have owned in as many houses. The HISEEU system is by far the best system. The color night vision is exceptionally bright and clear the colors are amazing and the human tracking feature is awesome, after tracking the camera returns to its original position. The interface is easy to use, no jumping through hoops to get it up and running. When it arrived one camera did not work correctly, probably damaged in shipment. I contacted their customer service and had a new camera delivered to my door two days later. Don’t believe the bad reviews.

Excellent Camera System - Great Value for the Price Review: I've been using the Hiseeu camera system for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with the performance. The image quality is sharp, even at night, and the setup was quick and easy. The mobile app works well and gives me peace of mind when I'm not home. These cameras are great! They are pan and tilt with software zoom. The image quality is very good. I was able to replace the 2 TB HD for an 8 TB without a problem. The phone app is very good as well. So far, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Cameras so far are great. DVR is ok and decent, but is missing some features such as image mirroring and also missing a shutdown option which is important for maintenance so you don't destroy the HDD when pulling the power. The only other complaint is their ethernet cable is junk, don't use them it will cause you issues with the cameras. I used 3 at first part of the install and had to redo all 3 with my own cat5e. That said, the price is good enough that if the DVR software features were fixed, I'd go ahead with 5stars despite the cables being junk.

I made the stupid mistake of buying this product. I ordered in May but I wasnt able to install it until some people stole 2K worth of tools from my shed on September, from the beginning I was having issues, one camera will take time to connect or it wont connect at all, then today I realized that my cameras were not recording, I checked it out and it says there is no hard drive, well immediately try contacting customer support, which they never pick up, so I had to chat with someone, well that person ask me which plug I was using, which Im using the one provided, then they wanted me to open the systems and check the hard drive, sending me videos as to how, why would I want to do all that? I didnt spend money to play technician!! and all this was while I was ask to send pictures of the setting etc etc, at the end they said it must be the hard drive! the HARD DRIVE MALFUNCTION IN 2 WEEKS! now I have to wait for them to send me, not a new system, no, just a new hard drive that I will have to install myself, what a piece of junk, I swear if I could return this I will do it in a heartbeat and purchase something better, I feel ripped off
