I purchased the 8 camera wired system in Nov 2022. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0816DWCD5?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1) It has been absolutely fantastic. Yes, you have to run your wires to each camera and a Cat5/6 cable to your router, but it's well worth it. I have never had to worry about batteries or weak signals. Setup was fairly straight forward as everything worked right out of the box. I use the XMEye Pro app on my Android phone and the VMS Windows app on my laptop for live viewing & playback. In fact, that was the only times I needed to contact support. They've been great, just realize you will not get an answer until overnight due to their location, but every question was answered within 18 hours. I've just had my first real issue. Nearly 3 years in, and the hard drive in the DVR has failed. I contacted support with my testing of the drive and they confirmed that's my problem. My warranty expired nearly 2 years, but they're sending me a new hard drive at NO COST! I hope they don't mind me saying that. But seriously, when was the last time you got that kind of support. By the way, I thought the system was so good, that last year I convinced my son to buy one. ... show more

The customer service is excellent! The hard drive stopped working soon after installation. They sent a new one right away and guided me through the installation process. It was back in service in no time. The video quality is very good and clear even in low light. Setup was simple and easy other than having to run cables to the various camera locations. Works great only issue is after about 4 months of use I keep getting a loud beeping and a hard drive error issue. It still records and saves video for now but it’s still worrisome that it happened so quick.

The media could not be loaded. I installed this camera set in April and was working fine but it went out in August. Hard drive stopped working. Contacted Manufacturer and sent Video but no response. Bad seller. 12months warranty is not honored. They gave me the run around
