Nice kit. Also improves connections for stranded wire when using Wago 221 connectors
These things work great! In addition to providing proper ferrules for square electronic screw down terminals, I found that the ferrule for 16AWG provided nice connections in WAGO connectors when using stranded wire. Even though the Wago 221 connectors will accept and work with stranded wire, they do kink the wires where the Wago bus bar clamps down. The ferrules for the 16AWG wire were the proper length and a perfect solid fit in the Wago connectors -- larger ferrules probably wouldn't fit in the Wago.. The price was good, delivery was fast, the crimping tool seems solid and was very easy to use, and the kit provides more ferrules than I am likely to use for quite a while! Thumbs up. ... show more

Very nice and versatile kit for fastening those stranded conductors.
Great all inclusive kit! Wish I had this years ago. Using stranded wire can be a pain when inserting under a screw and have the wire spread out and not knowing just how much of it is being connected. This is great to eliminate those problems. Have used these on small monitor wiring down to 20 gauge up to 12 gauge circuit conductors. Works great on all sizes and makes installing the wiring much easier and more secure. ... show more

If I could give this crimping tool 10 star I will. Why can’t the other crimpers be like this. I love the fact the Ferrule have that bell shape so when inserted with crimped pliers it doesn’t slip out, not aligning with the pliers. It’s fun to use too. It was so fun, I re-do all the wires on my fuse box to make it nice and neat. The size of the pliers feels good too. Not robust like the regular crimping pliers. ... show more
