I just got this Hiseeu system that came with 2 6MB PZT camera with mic built-in. I am very familiar with the software and hardware. So, the installation was easy. The package came with 2 cameras, NVR system with 500gig hard drive. It is big enough for my purpose. I will get a bigger hard drive later. I was testing and made some small changes to the network settings, added a 3rd party camera using the ONVIF protocol connection. It is faultless. The images are super clear, high resolution and great color. Overall, I think it is a great system. Highly recommended.

I made the stupid mistake of buying this product. I ordered in May but I wasnt able to install it until some people stole 2K worth of tools from my shed on September, from the beginning I was having issues, one camera will take time to connect or it wont connect at all, then today I realized that my cameras were not recording, I checked it out and it says there is no hard drive, well immediately try contacting customer support, which they never pick up, so I had to chat with someone, well that person ask me which plug I was using, which Im using the one provided, then they wanted me to open the systems and check the hard drive, sending me videos as to how, why would I want to do all that? I didnt spend money to play technician!! and all this was while I was ask to send pictures of the setting etc etc, at the end they said it must be the hard drive! the HARD DRIVE MALFUNCTION IN 2 WEEKS! now I have to wait for them to send me, not a new system, no, just a new hard drive that I will have to install myself, what a piece of junk, I swear if I could return this I will do it in a heartbeat and purchase something better, I feel ripped off

I’m very satisfied with the camera quality. Was easy to set up. Plug and play. The PoE cables worked flawlessly, no lagging. The menu was user friendly but sections requires some in depth knowledge about IT related terms. Quality is great, and the real test was in the night using infrared features. It’s really clear and digital zoom also isn’t pixelated as some cameras. Overall it’s a good camera but I am not going to give 5 stars as yet, as one dome camera was leaking, apparently the seal is compromised. I contacted customer service and they took about a day to respond and promised they will send a replacement. When the replacement comes I will always come back and give 5 stars.

The media could not be loaded. The New PTZ 6MP Security Camera is fantastic. I had a PTZ camera system from an unnamed manufacturer, but I didn't kept for long because of the sticking and freezing videos when it is panning. This Hiseeu PTZ is different. Panning is smooth and tilting occurs in one smooth flow. I'm loving it. The graphic/image quality is a true 4K along with its 6 megapixels and color night vision make this system worthwhile. The price is also great when comparing to the typical quality system. Mounting and adjusting the mount takes significantly less time than other bullet cameras. I also like fact that it can be mounded on both vertically and horizontally.

Right out of the box, the Hiseeu system delivers on its promise of simplicity. The Power over Ethernet connectivity eliminates the complexity of separate power sources, making setup a true plug-and-play experience. Just follow the directions, it's not rocket science, the initial configuration is intuitive, and even a first-time user can navigate the process effortlessly. No internet is required for basic surveillance, a key strength is the system's autonomous capability. There is no need for an internet connection for local monitoring, ensuring security and privacy by design. Remote viewing is an optional advantage, seamlessly integrated when desired. A Note on Clarity: The seller correctly advertises this system comes with 2x 5MP cameras. The mention of 8MP on the ad is not misleading as expandability is a significant benefit, and the NVR supports advanced 8MP cameras, like the 30X PTZ, allowing for enhanced surveillance customization. With a basic search under the cameras tab and a small amount of common sense, you can find and add other IP cameras connected to your network. If you have the ability to set basic IP cameras up, theres no reason you can't navigate the advanced features of this system. The PTZ function on these cameras is faster than the older models. And the footage is crisp day or night. Storage capacity out of the box is 500gb, but that can be replaced with a much larger drive if you want a longer time frame of footage to review. With the stock 500gb system it would be wise to backup any happenings the day of (what you should do anyway in the event of a robbery, weather event etc. The NVR comes set to continuously record out of the box but can be modified to specific time frames or motion only. When signed up for cloud access you can share access easily via email AND control how long that shared access is granted with a few simple clicks. Great Option for AirBnB owners to retain 100% surveillance and be able to share the feed with guests for ONLY the time of their stay. You can end sharing at the end of the booking. The stock cameras also have appx. 3x optical zoom in addition to digital zoom which was an unexpected bonus. DOES NOT INCLUDE THE MONITOR, but that's standard with most NVR systems.
