Disclaimer - We were provided this item to review by the manufacturer through the Amazon Vine program. The Positives: The bands are different colors used to differentiate tension level. This is great. All the bands easily fit into the included carrying case. Another win. They are comfortable to use. Biggest win! Due to the width of the bands, they do not pinch the leg. They also stay in place especially with yoga pants on - they slide a little on bare skin but stay in place by increasing the tension. They are very easy to transport, fitting in a gym bag or backpack. We've taken them on car trips and was able to do some outer thigh exercises while traveling. Comes with an instruction booklet that is good - we wish they offered more exercise options in the booklet. Not a negative, but something to consider: THESE BANDS ARE STRONG. They were tested on multiple occasions by family members who workout regularly and are in good physical shape. All agree that the lowest tension band provided a good workout, the medium tension band was very challenging and we honestly couldn't use the highest tension band properly. We would have preferred another lower tension option for warm-ups and leave out the highest one. For this reason, we're suggesting 4/5 stars. If you are looking for a "workout", these bands will make you work for it. And, they'll help you look good in the process.

I am so happy that I ordered this set of bands. When I’m not at the gym, I like to use these at home to help strengthen my core, hips legs and bum. I also have used these on my arms too. They are nice quality, the no slip grip on the inside lining is helpful. I also like the storage bag and that it came with the intro guide with some good starter exercises. I use these bands regularly and find them to be a great in home option at a good price point. I recommend these 🙌

I love these bands because they are so versatile and so compact for my occasional work travel. I can still get my workouts done in my hotel room so there are no excuses as not to get them.
