This set of twostools was easy to put together. The seat of the second stool did not fit right. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement (free shipping). I really like a company that stand by their products. I would order from them again.

Have to these stool three star due to poor workman ship. One stool had the dowel offset to much was able to tweak and fixed that. Second stool had one of the pocket hole drill on the wrong size of the stretcher instead of both being on the same side. Decide to go head and used it since I had already glue and screw the other one in. I would recommend people carefully look at the part and do a dry fit first before doing final assembly which I should done but was in a hurry. FYI these tendons are loose fit so recommend using glue and screws this might help with loose screw. Only time will tell about this and the durability of the stool. ... show more

These stools are very comfortable to sit on and beautiful to look at. Putting them together was easy enough however a couple of the holes were not aligned so it made the process a little bit difficult and timely.

Overall I like the look of these stools. They were a struggle to put together, as the dowels did not line up with the pre-drilled holes. I was able to use a mallet to pound them in to place. They look nice one assembled.

Bought two of these one went together fine one had a support 2” too short. Poor quality control here!! Update: It took a couple requests but I received the replacement braces and then bought two more. We love the stools!

    • Nice needs longer screws.
I love the look and the seats are comfy but the Screws fall out because they're too short so the legs are wobbly.
