I really like these chairs. They are not quite as luxurious looking as in the picture, but they are extremely comfortable. The color of the cushions is consistent with what I saw online. I was looking for a seat with a deep comfortable cushion and this is it. Assembly went smoothly for the first chair, but there was a hole that was not drilled properly on the second chair, so additional equipment was required. The plastic rattan is nice enough, would be better if it were a tighter wave. The table that came with it is nothing special. But it matches the chairs so it looks nice.

Good: - Solidly made. The rocker-swivel is smooth and noiseless. - The cushions are squishy and comfortable. Often, outdoor cushions are little better than life vests. I've not had these a full season yet, though, so I'm not sure how long they will remain plump. - The cushions come with an anti-slip mat that works well enough to keep the cushion from sliding when you shift your body. - Table is stable. - No strong chemical odors. - Less shipping plastic than most similar products. - A fun little ratchet for assembly. - I found the assembly really straightforward, but I am handy, so YMMV. Bad: - Product arrived with two faulty parts. In one case, the bolt holes were misaligned with another part, so I couldn't assemble the chair. In another, there was some welding slag stuck in a hole. - The anti slip material is thin and will likely degrade quickly. Snaps or ties, especially for the ottoman, would last longer. Redeeming: - I sent a video of the misaligned part. They shipped a replacement part in a week. - I was able to hammer the bolt home to knock out the slag. TLDR: 5 points for great value. -2 for quality issues. +1 for responsive customer support.

The quality of these wicker chairs is very sturdy and comfortable and swivels nicely. They were well packaged and no damage during shipping. Customer service was excellent with constant commuication and monitoring of the arrival of the chairs. The arm rests are very comfortable and not as large as some I have seen on other wicker sets. The color is just as ordered and I look forward to spending time in my backyard relaxing and enjoying this new set of wicker furniture. I highly recommend. I also had the Amazon assembly people come at a scheduled time to put the chairs together which is really a nice option for those who don't have the time to assemble the items themselves. They were professional and did an excellent job. Their fee was paid at the time I placed the order with Amazon. They cleaned up after themselves and cut up the cardboard boxes easily for me to dispose of. So happy to see that Amazon now offers this service.

These chairs are excellent!! This company, HQ’d in Georgia (I think!) is also impressive. I’m an old lady (68!!) and I put these together by myself in an afternoon. So don’t be afraid to buy these! For SURE do not tighten the screws up until you get to that step. Your last screw on the sides will be tight - you might even need to back out one of the side screws to get the last one in, but they will all fit together perfectly if you have patience and understand how precise these things are made. The instructions are well written and you get a wrench and ratchet to help tighten the screws well. I appreciated all of it because I know how putting things together can be a total nightmare. I was pleased that these items were well made and well thought out. And they are comfortable and pretty too!!

I originally saw this set that includes to swivel chairs, two Ottomans, and one table on Wayfair and was ready to purchase. Compared pricing on Amazon and it was several hundred dollars cheaper on a special purchase through Amazon and free shipping using Prime. Set arrived quicker than Wayfair promised and was cheaper. Directions were easy to follow and all five pieces were together in an hour. The navy blue fabric is rich in color and foam is better than expected. Highly recommend this brand. Chairs have a slight rock and swival 360 degrees. Very pleased with look and comfort of this set on our back porch.
