I purchased the bike as I think a refurbished item and was an affordable price. However, maybe not so great in the end. The bike arrived with damage and missing bits. The missing bits I was able to salvage from some other bikes. And the damage besides the scraping seen in the photos, both de-railers were damaged beyond use. The local bike shop tried to repair them, but after an hour gave up, and I bought new ones. I have used the bike now maybe 10-15 times now since I have had it and other issues are starting to appear, The disc brakes are randomly failing which is a little scary as sometimes they hold and some times they just let go by them self. The other issue is the steering post in front seems to have or be developing a slight wobble in it. I probably will go with another brand bike in the future if I dont die from a brake failure before then :) ... show more

Weight I should have checked weight. I use mainly on bike path. I should have went with a road bike, This bike is high quality

The bike is nice. Except front rim came bent. They won’t send me a new wheel and told me to take it to a bike shop. Closes bike shop is 2 hours away. Had the bike for months and can’t ride. Waste of $500

    • Great Bike for the Cost!
Excellent value considering the price. Lost one star because the bike was shipped with the front derailer way out of allignment. If you've tuned a derailer you know how much of a headache that can be.

    • Poor quality!
The bike came with no working rear break (fixed by my self). Both breaks are not strong enough and make rubbing noise (required a repair/adjustment). The shifter make a noise when spinning pedals as well, works poor on all gears and won't turn chain to biggest cogwheel. The same rear deraileur (both required professional repair/adjustment, if repairable). Bought for my daughter and very disappointed by quality. ... show more
