Great bike, and easy to put together. Total time was maybe 20 minutes. They ran the pedals through the spokes of the wheels, so that took some maneuvering, and the tires need inflated…. The adjustable seat knob / easy adjuster thing was not in the box with the bike though. We went through all the packaging, and nada. My son wants a bike so he can start riding again, so I got this one soooo can ride with him. The seat adjusts up and down, and you can adjust the handlebars to fit you best. The best part of this bike is that it’s mostly all assembled and you really don’t have to do much to get it together, not like the old days of bike assembly. This is a great buy for a high quality item! One star off though for the adjuster being missing from my box. ... show more

I got this women’s mountain bike mainly for weekend rides and short errands around town. The step-through frame makes it really easy to get on and off, especially if you’re wearing casual clothes, and the green color looks even better in person — bright without being flashy. It came mostly assembled, so setup wasn’t too bad with a few adjustments to the brakes and seat. The 18-speed gear system shifts smoothly once tuned, and the suspension fork helps a lot when riding over gravel paths or uneven sidewalks. The frame feels sturdy but it is a little heavy, and the seat is ok, I would need to put on my biking shorts as it's a little harder. I’ve noticed the pedals could use a little more grip, but that’s a major thing. It’s not a hardcore mountain bike, but for everyday rides, light trails, and neighborhood cruising is fine. ... show more

I got this for my growing daughter and I think it’s exactly what we needed. I will be happy to buy her a high-end bike once she is finished growing, but I don’t want to do that every year or two while she grows. So, I picked this up as a middle of the road value bike. It excels at being that. With a steel frame, it is heavier than an aluminum framed bike, but that is to be expected. I have assembled several dozen bikes over the years and found this one to be just as easy as all the rest. The shifters and brakes were properly index out of the box which was great. This seems like a bit of a hybrid between a cruiser style with the step through and a mountain bike with the front suspension fork. My daughter is happy with both features.
