I received this. It did not work. Tried everything, checked YouTube to make sure I did it right. Nothing. Was on for 20min and no steam.. Tried to return and can't just send back to amazon..have to pay to return back to them. Charges are insane cost just as much. Now I am of the money I spent on it. Contacted seller..no help! Seller finally did contact me. Said they understood it was going to cost a lot. Then they asked me to check some other things. Still did not work. They were going to mail me a piece to replace, but was going to take awhile since jot in stick. I explained I needed for work. They said they would refund me 70% and that I could sell it or give it to a friend!!! Seriously it does not work! Why would they suggest that. Not happy with this. Will definitely investigate more if can return at an Amazon drop area next time.

Save your self time and frustration and move on. This is a horrible 3 party seller from China. The unit came defective in 3 ways. 1. The steamer would not stay on. 2 It leaks water just as mentioned in some of the other reviews 3. The zipper on the hand pocket fell off. I asked for a return the seller told me I could get a replacement steamer and take the zipper to a seamstress and get a partial refund. I told them this is not a quality product and I do not have faith that a replacement would even continue to work. Then I was told I could ship the back to them for a refund. This means I would have to pay for return shipping to China. This would be more than the cost of the product. My first A-Z claim got mysteriously lost. I asked Amazon for a second A-Z refund. The seller now came up with a US address for me to ship this too, again with me having to cover the shipping cost or the seller suggest that I could get a partial refund and keep the broken unit or sell it to a friend. I guess selling broken items is their way of making friends. Are you joking? Now I am told from Amazon that I have to go to the post office have it weight and they or the seller might cover the shipping cost. What a nightmare.

The water reservoir leaks into the floor. The stream is great and it makes you sweat. The compartment works great , everythimg but the water compartment. If the compartment didn't leak water everything would be 5 stars

This thing is neat!!! It works really well and I can sit and watch TV while I sweat. This was the best decision. My aunt got a different brand and it came with a tiny chair, so I was nervous but this one has a good size chair. I'm very happy.

Works great! My whole family loves to use the sauna. Keeps the heat in and easy to assemble. The chair was a little small but not a deal breaker for me because everything else worked great!
