Complete garbage! Debating on sending it back after spending hours putting it together. Initially I thought it was great as the main part snapped together super easy with good instructions. But then came the door assembly. While I do have a power drill as needed I didn’t have a 5/16 drill socket for the hex screws that needed drilled into the aluminum poles to secure. I borrowed one from a neighbor and proceeded. It’s very flimsy and I doubt securing to the ground is going to offer it much stability. The walking door is useless sense the mesh sags on both sides no matter how tight you pull it due to no center dome support! The only way to fix this is to go buy something more to add stability and structure for the mesh. So disappointed, irritated and discouraged ... show more

    • Not very sturdy if you live out in the open. I added cattle fence wire to make it more secure.

Needs to be reinforced better so wire won't hang on top, I used wire to net it together cause zip ties won't last. But I guess for the price it's worth doing some adjustments.

I installed this cover on my walk-in chicken run and have been very happy with the results. The material feels noticeably heavier and more durable than the cover that came with my original setup. It gives me much more confidence that it will hold up through summer weather and regular use. My run has a curved roof rather than a peaked one, and the cover still fit surprisingly well. The slight looseness actually works in its favor because it allows air circulation while still providing plenty of shade. Since adding it, the chickens spend more time out in the run during the hottest parts of the day instead of retreating to the coop. It has also helped keep the ground from becoming as wet after rain.
