Hi if you’re looking for an E-bike that delivers the HEYBIKE Ranger S is your Ride. My HEYBIKE Ranger S in Sand color with Olive Green Saddle Bags is a head turner. Purchased on Prime Day was a great EBike value. I put my HEYBIKE together by myself self without any issues, all tools needed are included, instructions were easy to use, and my HEYBIKE was neatly packed and had no damage. Charged the battery while I was assembling, so we were ready to go when assemble was completed. Ready for my first exciting ride, didn’t get far when my neighbor had to see my new E-Bike. He fell in love with my HEYBIKE too. He loved the military look with the fat tires and rugged frame. He couldn’t believe that my HEYBIKE was foldable and could fit in the trunk of a car. With a full charge I can go about 55 miles using Pedal Assist mode and top speed is 28 miles per hour. The information “computer” is very useful and visible in full sun and evening light, includes battery capacity, speed, gear, and more. HEYBIKE has tremendous stopping with hydraulic brakes both tires. HEYBIKE includes front and rear fenders with headlight, taillight, and turn signals. This is one of a very few EBikes that you can sync up with your phone. A few of those features include the ability to set up my HEYBIKE to my preferences and to lock up my HEYBIKE Ranger S. I’m really impressed with the speed and handling of my HEYBIKE. My HEYBIKE has great fit and finish. My EBike turns heads whether we’re on a trail or pavement. It’s really COOL! This e-bike is built solid with many features that are not available on other similarly priced bikes. The bike will easily take you up just about any hill when you don't want to pedal. The battery charges quick and on a full charge, I have rode the bike for hours. The bike makes riding around the neighborhood and my local bike trail a fun day. It was simple to put together and the lights, horn, brakes, ease of handling and comfortable seat and handlebars lets you ride confidently on the road or a trail. ... show more

This is my first ebike and I love it. I did a ton of research before landing on this one. Delivery was as expected 7 to 10 business days. Product arrived with a broke LCD screen however, I contracted heybike and they were very quick and kind in their response. I am waiting on the LCD screen to come in. I am still able to utilize the features of the bike without the screen as the controls have their own pad of buttons separate from the screen. ***UPDATE*** I received a new LCD screen about a week week and a half later. It does work and I love it, however, it arrived with a long deep scratch across the screen. I let it go but I probably should have sent an email letting them know. The other thing is the error: error comm that shows every time I power the bike up. I haven't looked into this yet. Assembly This wasn't diffulicult and they have a YouTube video online to assist. That said the paper instructions are too simplified and don't show adequate details for those newbies such as myself. Highly recommend the YouTube video if you aren't familiar with bikes. The only area I had some difficulty with was the front wheel. There is a spacer, a couple washers, and a nut for both sides. In order for the wheel to sit you have to place the bike between the spacer (inside of the bike bracket, towards the wheel) and the spacers (on the outside of the bike bracket). It is a tight fit and took a bit to do it alone. Again, this could just be difficulty on my end as I'm new to bikes. Riding I LOVE this bike. It features a headlight, tailight, turn signals on the tail end, a horn, throttle, LCD screen, buttons to adjust items such as PAS levels, lights, and power. The suspension seems good with the exception that I have a loose front-end that seems more of a manufacturing thing BUT I have to review in order to understand if it's a minor adjust or actually a manufacturing thing. The ride overall is great. I've had the bike at full speed, no complaints. The seat is great and has more cushion than I expected. I've ridin about 20miles on it so far and my backside is only a little sore. I hope this helps those interested. Overall I highly recommend this bike. ... show more

    • Take your time, do lots of research before assembly and riding
The e-bike was extremely well wrapped and arrived without and damage. The overall weight of the box and contents was 92 pounds — 20 more than the bike and battery — but cut outs at the ends of the box and five heavy straps around it helped when moving it to where I opened everything. The enclosed assembly instructions were no bad but did a very poor job when explaining how to assemble the components that make up the front axle assembly ( this is different from the shipping “axle” that the bike comes fitted with) and equally bad when the central portion of the triple clamp for the front forks is tightened up prior to clamping the handlebar stem assembly on to the headstock. A few simple photos nd blown up drawings would have helped enormously. There was no mention of attaching the front fender when installing the headlight — these must go on together. The included tools were fine but you will need a Phillips head (x) screwdriver as well to adjust the headlight angle. Finding the best seat height, and bar adjustment took some fiddling. When I turned the battery on (there is an on/off switch on the battery itself) the display came on and showed me that the default was set for maximum assist — that means that the bike would have pulled away with maximum power the first time I started peddling. Be very careful and ensure that you either start off with no assist, or level 1 until you are comfortable with the bike. I also had to stiffen the fork recoil settings initially as the e-bike was so springy initially it made it hard to start off. BTW, the brakes are very powerful a dndont need much hand pressure to slow the bike down quickly. This is not a bicycle, nor a motorcycle, but it is a unique machine that takes time and practice to feel comfortable with.
