    • Low quality hose caused a severe injury
I used this house, which is SUPPOSEDLY rated for over 4800 psi, on a pressure washer that runs at 4400 psi. This hose EXPLODED while I was on top of a 10 foot ladder, causing me to fall and injure my back.

The media could not be loaded. Besides this being a 50 foot 3/8" inner diameter hose for pressure washing, it also can take hot water up to 240 degrees F. I was very impressed with this industrial grade, steel wire braided hose. This is a man's hose with 4800 psi and a burst pressure 16,000 psi! The quality and quality control of Pohir is impressive. I got a great power washer a while back, but it came with a lousy hose. Most pressure washer companies go cheap on the hose to save money. Most likely you will never have replace this hose if you are not abusing it. It is designed to be compatible with most brands of pressure washers. It comes with two 3/8 quick connect attachments, male and female. I am very happy with this hose and would highly recommend it. ... show more

    • Twice the value and half the price of the big box stores
I have a Ryobi 3200PSI pressure washer I bought new about 5 years ago. It's a fine unit and has done well for me, but it came with a cheap plastic/nylon-covered hose about 30 feet long. That hose has always been a pain...it's stiff, it doesn't coil well for storage, and it instantly burned through the plastic coating when it briefly touched the muffler. I ordered the POHIR 3/8" Pressure 50-ft Washer Hose to replace the old hose and it arrived today. I wasn't sure what to expect for the money (it lists for half of it's equivalent at big box stores) and I was really pleasantly surprised. This thing is SUPER heavy duty, the connections and adapters are much thicker and heavier than the originals on my old hose, and the hose itself is really thick rubber, as advertised. It seems to be a commercial grade unit all around. I hooked it up to my Ryobi pressure washer and ran it for about 10 minutes. All connections were tight, there were no leaks at all, and it worked perfectly. In spite of the extra weight of the thick rubber hose, it's much easier to use than the original lightweight hose because this hose is far more flexible and the adapter at the gun end rotates freely. It's a true 50 feet long, 51 feet if you include the adapters and the red guards at each end (I measured it!). Even better...with the quick disconnects at both ends, now I can easily drain the water out before long storage. It also coils up very easily into a very small radius for storage after use. Time will tell, but I suspect this hose will outlive my pressure washer. It's over-built in every way, costs half of the big-box-store equivalent, and seems twice as good. ... show more

This is a perfect upgrade for the cheap/thin pressure washer hose that probably came with your washer. I was a little nervous about the connectors. I know they say they're "universal" but you never really know if they're going to work until they are in-hand & you can figure things out. Luckily these fit my Karcher brand unit with a Honda motor. I had to change things up a little bit with my wand, but after that I was good to go. This is definitely a heavier duty hose and as such, it adds quite a bit of weight to move around with your wand. It was worth it though to not worry about the hose kinking and giving me nearly double the length. Highly recommend. ... show more

    • Rugged, very nice connectors, good length, more flexible than hard rubber types.
I definitely prefer this over the hard plastic hose that came with our pressure washer. The length and maneuverability are both wins in this comparison. I'm able to work further from the machine before having to relocate it. I'm a huge fan of quick connects/disconnects and these didn't disappoint. They are very nice quality and work smoothly. Time will tell how the mechanics of these will hold up with use. However, from initial use, it seems like quality materials were used and I should get a long life out of the hose and connectors. Oh and no leaks from the connections. This hose is a recommend. ... show more

Excellent quality pressure washer hose. A very good quality pressure washer hose, better than the one that came with my pressure washer. This thing is actually commercial grade. It has reinforced ends that keeps the hose from splitting from the fittings.
