Always glad to see a business willing to make things right. :) The suitcases themselves are beautiful, with a pretty straightforward locking mechanism, which seems pretty secure in at minimum keeping them zipped up through transit. I Purchased this luggage Aug 12,23 to take on a three week trip in Europe. From Sept 15 to Oct 7, 23 the big dent happened 5 days into my trip and inside started falling apart ruined my trip having to worry about the luggage, It’s the worst luggage zipper broke. The quality is horrible. Got a huge dent in my larger piece. This luggage isn’t worth $25. Let alone the $200 I paid. We’ll see what the company does but at this point I’m sure all the luggage is going to do the same very very bad quality advertisement is faults. I would give it less than one star. ... show more
