I absolutely love this bike! Where has it been my whole adult life?! I splurged and bought myself this bike. Comfort- When I first rode it I was shocked at how comfortable and smooth the ride was. This bike is so easy to ride, you sit up straight and not hunched over. It’s so easy to pedal and it doesn’t hurt your knees or legs. The seat is even big and comfortable and doesn’t hurt your butt. Power-If a hill is too hard, just turn the power on and let the bike help you out. You can pedal with the bike helping or you can just let the bike power do it all. You can also adjust the speed of the bike. Looks-this bike is beautiful. The colors you can choose are really nice. Safety-the bike comes with a screen that tells you how fast you are going. It also comes with a front light and a back light for night riding! How cool is that? The battery comes off with a key, if you’re going into a store, take the battery with you and lock up your bike. Easy peasy! Add ons-you can add a front or back basket or both! I added the back basket for my water bottle and anything else I would need to hold on a ride. You only live once. Get the bike. It’s amazing quality. I would’ve given 10 stars if I could’ve. I smile like a child when I ride it! It’s great quality. It’s easy to ride, you sit up straight and it’s easy to pedal and ride. What a fun ride! Speed along at 26 mph without breaking a sweat. Tired of getting all sweaty on my ride to work, I wanted a commuter e-bike and the Jaison CityScape 2.0 delivered exactly what I wanted: traditional looks, normal size tires, a CHAIN GUARD, comfortable upright riding position, step through mounting (no bar to swing leg over), easy shifting/secure braking, and a top speed of 26 mph. Comes near fully assembled. Just need to put on front tire, front and back fenders and handlebar. Looks: This bike looks like a traditional bike and doesn’t scream “Steal Me”. The baby blue color is a fun touch. Ease of riding: Step through mounting makes it easy to get on and off. Upright position in riding means you can ride this all day without getting fatigued from being hunched over. Safety: A chain guard (my must have requirement that eliminated most other e-bikes), strong front headlight and taillight that blinks when braking. Functionality: Easy powering through pedaling or thumb throttle, precise Shimano gear shifting, good disc brakes. Bike is very easy and enjoyable to ride. Bike is well made but a bit heavy, even with the battery out. Easy to assemble. Charge seems to last well. However, I can not reset the trip odometer. I’ve called tech support, they were unable to help, but, said I would get an email within 24 hrs with the steps to reset it. It has been 3 days and still waiting?? I also emailed them, no reply to that either. In short, worth the money as long as you don’t need any tech support, or, care about the weight. If the tech support was better, I would have given it 5 stars. ... show more

I LOVE this bike! It’s very well packaged , assembly was easy, & it’s very well built. The gears are easy to change & the digital speedometer is very easy to read. The seat is actually comfortable for me, which has not been the case with previous bikes I’ve owned. I especially love the stylish look of the camel tan handle grips & seat. The horn is loud, so it’s a nice safety feature. When using pedal assist, the speed picks up a bit too fast, & I keep my hand on the brake in case I need to slow down quickly. I might not be using the assist correctly, but it’s quite different than my previous e-bike. It has plenty of power to go up steep inclines. The speed is actually more than I typically need for just cruising through campgrounds. At my age (71), I’m not racing anyone! I’m 5’4” tall, & the height of the bike is comfortable to step through to sit on the seat. ... show more
