You can expect to get a few good years out of this watch, then you buy a new one. I know I can spend $800 for a watch that will last ten years, or buy a few of these for a fraction of the cost over 10 years. The "strap adjustment tool" is a piece of plastic JUNK. Was able to remove one link, and in removing a 2nd link, (to insure a comfortable fit), the plastic "tool" broke in half. Called the Amazon number, and was referred to the OLEV's customer care number. Called them and the phone message requested I send an email, which I did, and still no reply. All this in the week following Christmas. 2 weeks LATER and I still have not heard from any one. So now I have a watch that is NOT wearable because I can't remove the 2nd link or put the strap back together. So, I will return it in pieces..........Bad purchase, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I should have known better than order a watch from Amazon. Never again, lesson learned. And still very, annoyed as it was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift for my ailing husband. ... show more

Good service. Bad wrist band. The little plastic pin remover is JUNK. It stripped out after only the second try to remove a pin in wrist band to adjust to size. A good quality pin pusher couldn't remove the pins either. Had to junk the band and use another.

Bought 1/20/23, stopped working sometime less than a year later - I don't know when, I didn't like it as much as I thought so kept it as a spare and got a different watch in August 23. Picked it up this morning (1/19/24) and it's stopped, that's a pretty poor interpretation of "battery life up to 3 years, durable". Didn't cost enough and not attractive enough to bother fixing it. I guess it's an OK watch, just not for me. ... show more
