  • Versatile, Durable, and a Kitchen Must-Have: My Experience with HexClad Sauté Pan
Size: 5.5 Quart
I recently purchased the HexClad Sauté Pan, and it has quickly become a cornerstone in my kitchen. The hybrid technology, combining stainless steel with non-stick properties, offers the best of both worlds. It allows for high-heat searing while ensuring easy cleanup, a feature that any cooking enthusiast can appreciate. One of the standout features is its durability. This pan is built to last, with a tri-ply construction that ensures even heat distribution, preventing hot spots and ensuring your food cooks evenly every time. The scratch-resistant surface means I can use metal utensils without worry, and the pan still looks as good as new. The HexClad Sauté Pan is incredibly versatile. Whether I'm cooking a delicate fish, searing a steak, or sautéing vegetables, the results are consistently excellent. The pan's ability to go from stovetop to oven (up to 500°F) has expanded my cooking options and allowed me to explore recipes I previously couldn't. Cleanup is a breeze thanks to its non-stick surface. A quick wipe or a gentle wash is all it takes to get the pan ready for its next use. This ease of maintenance ensures the pan is always ready for whatever recipe I want to tackle next. The ergonomic handle design is another plus, providing comfort and ease during use, even when the pan is full. The aesthetic appeal of the pan, with its unique hexagon design, adds a touch of elegance to the kitchen. In conclusion, the HexClad Sauté Pan is a high-quality, versatile kitchen tool that has exceeded my expectations. Its combination of durability, performance, and easy maintenance makes it a worthwhile investment for anyone who loves to cook. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a home cooking enthusiast, this sauté pan is a must-have addition to your cookware collection. ... show more

  • Fantastic!
Size: 7 Quart
Had this for only a couple weeks and already love it. It's HUGE. I've used it to fry bacon, a double batch of my world famous baked beans, and a huge batch of cheesy au gratin potatoes. This pan heats quickly and much more evenly on my electric stove than my old pans (20 year old Wolfgang Puck pans that I loved until they started leaking around the handles). Super easy to clean. They do tell you to season it before the first use, which I did not do, but it's still been super easy to clean. The cheesy potatoes were the "hardest" but still not difficult at all. ... show more

  • Versatile, beautiful & practical!!
Size: 7 Quart
This pan is so darned expensive!! But because I cook in larger quantities and need higher sides since I am sometimes sloppy on the cooktop, it is wonderful for me. I also chose this for the two handles. My hands are losing strength and to have the stove top with only a singular handle was not what I wanted. And it is great for use in the oven for braising. Nothing ever sticks! The surface is so easy to wash. It’s a no-brainer except for the cost. Really? Does it have to be so expensive. While I might complain about the cost, I love it and use it for a crowd or large quantity cooking. ... show more

  • Huge, even heat distribution, so easy to clean, love it.
Size: 7 Quart
I have a lot of cookware, cast iron, Le Creuset, Staub, Calphalon Stainless, Carbon Steel, cast iron, etc. I have looked at the HexClad cookware in the past, and decided not to try it because it looked like the cooking surface was bumpy which didn't excite me. When I saw this 7-quart pan with short handles, I had to try it. This was my first piece of HexClad cookware. I bought it in hopes it would replace a 7 quart Staub Dutch oven that I use often for some recipes I cook in the oven. The Staub Dutch oven is very heavy, especially after adding food to it. I am not weak, but getting 7-quart Dutch oven full of food into the oven has become increasingly difficult. In addition, the Staub pot is deep, and the food was not always evenly cooked. Tonight, I cooked the recipe in this pan that I usually cook in the Staub Dutch oven, and was so pleasantly surprised that my recipe had more than enough room after I put it together. This pan was so much easier to get into the oven, and everything cooked evenly because of the lesser depth. After cooking was done, cleanup was a breeze. Just a little soapy water and done. So much easier than the previous pot I used. I was so impressed with this pan, I have already ordered one of the larger sets of HexClad cookware. Now I have to eliminate, or store, other cookware to make space for the new set. This cookware has a lifetime warranty, but you need to keep a copy of your purchase invoice for any warranty claims. UPDATE 10/25/23: Tonight I made the same recipe described above which normally makes enough for 3 meals for us. I increased the ingredients to be enough for 4 meals and it all still fit in this pan with room to spare. I am really loving this pan. I hope this review was helpful for you. ... show more

  • AMAZING PAN!!!!
Size: 7 Quart
This pan is incredible and is true to its word. it's gorgeous, easy to clean, distributes heat well, and is totally non-stick. that I can use metal on it? amazing. It's huge so I can cook for a large group and it easily goes from stovetop to oven. so versatile and pretty. The handles aren't perfectly easy to touch when hot, but it's much better than most. I love this pan and will buy more in this line. you cannot go wrong. ... show more

  • Worth the Money - Not Just another Pan
Size: 5.5 Quart
I bought the 3 frying pan with lids set when they were on special around Christmas and loved them so much I rounded out my collection with this deep pan. It was a leap for me to spend this much on cookware. I love this cookware and it is everything they say it is. It is beautiful, durable (no scratch), easy to clean, and cooks so much more evenly than anything I've used before. I am a Hello Fresh subscriber, meaning almost ever meal includes "heating a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium high heat", so these pans are put through it at least 3 days a week. Only thing that has changed is we now use "medium low heat". It does take some adjusting to understand what temp works best but it doesn't take long for it to become second nature. Highly recommended - you won't regret spending the money. ... show more

  • Down best pan I've ever owed.
Size: 5.5 Quart
What a great pan, I don't even use my Capria pots anymore. Cleans easy, cook well and easy to handle with light weight verse my coated cast iron. I still use casting cooking stews and large portions but love this pan.
