I have bout many pans over the years and have always been disappointed, but these pans up to now have been fantastic, if you follow the instructions on curing the pan the foods when you cook slides right off, I have yet to have anything stick. It also states on their YouTube video the you can use metal utinsils, but I prefer to use plastic ones, I’m just paranoid I guess, but they are definitely worth the money ... show more

A friend suggested these pans & we are glad he did! We love these pans! They are so good, they have a lifetime warranty, nonstick, non scratch, & you can use them on stove, in oven & put them in the dishwasher! What’s not to love?

    • Good products with a few warnings
The products are great and transferred heat fast. However, there are 2 things to watch out for. First they are heavy. Next, impossible to contact any customer service. They have a message that says they are overwhelmed and will get back to you, which they never did. Buy them if you are 100% sure. There are no way to cancel the order or seek any type of customer service. This included their emails. Buyer bewared - once the credit card is charged you are bind. Best to get it from Costco. Can return to Costco if needed to. Buying from the company internet side can be a costly mistake. ... show more

Do not buy these. Every type of food sticks, with or without oil. Low heat has been used the entire time we’ve had these. We have to soak them in warm soapy water overnight.... and wash by hand. So disappointed, and overpriced! Not worth price. Seller will not provide shipping label for return. Reconsider buying! ... show more

Bought pans at Costco. Loved the presentation. Listen intently to the sales person who was demonstrating the product. Even went to their website in order to properly temper the pans, wash etc prior to use. I like the way the heat is even distributed. And the way the handles stay cool. That's about where it ends. Oiled pan generously. Eggs .... stuck. Not once but every time I try to cook eggs. I get them to release and move to another location o the pan ... stuck again. I even have a photo of the pan upside down with the egg still stuck to the pan with the yolk dripping out. This evening. 1 tbsp of oil. Chicken thighs. Stuck. I'm not crank'n the heat, just enough to get a slight sear sound in keeping with the recipe directions. There's a groove in the lids that allows for food to get stuck and it's really hard to get it out as well. And actually has cheese stick as well. Not high heat either. We have cheaper pans that do just as good. ... show more
