I don’t normally care much about pots and pans. We had been using an old mixed bag of pots for many years. I finally decided to buy new ones and despite thinking these were expensive I went ahead and bought them. They are worth every penny! They are amazing! Food sticks even less than our standard non-stick frying pan, they are somehow heavy and solid feeling without being too heavy to handle easily. They heat super evenly and are insanely easy to clean. We’ve been using them for a couple months on a daily basis and they still look brand new. I’d save up for these if you are thinking of new pots, put them on your wedding registry, whatever you need to do to get these!

I almost didn’t purchase these pots and pans because of some of the negative reviews that I read. If you season this cookware as the instructions state they are perfect. I waited until we had used this cookware for months before doing a review. I wanted to be sure nothing changed. We cook on this cookware daily so it’s not something that sits in the cabinet for us. After months of heavy usage they still look like they just came out of the box. Nothing sticks to them and they are the easiest pans to clean that I have ever seen. Everything comes off with just a light sponge and water. We have purchased $100 non stick frying pans that after a month of use everything stuck to it. These are a little expensive but worth every penny. Ignore all the reviews that are less than 5 star. Purchase these and know your money will be well spent. Also be sure to follow the instructions and season before you start cooking.

Love my new HexClad hybrid pots! Very nice quality/construction. Recently moved and downsized, and these were my home warming gift to myself. Makes cooking a real pleasure when you have such great pots to use. Easy to clean. I seasoned before using the first time. Each pot and lid comes with it's own protective pouch. Regardless of your cooking ability, using these pots makes you feel like a renowned chef in your kitchen...yes, Chef! As my skillets (another brand) wear out in time, I am looking forward to building my collection of HexClad. They are a little heavy, but that gives me comfort that they are well made and built to outlast me and be handed down as heirlooms.
