Great cooking, simmer, saute, sear. Love being able to prepare a dish in the frying pan than throw it in the oven to keep warm while everyone gets seated. They clean up wonderfully and they seem to be made of a high quality stainless steel. My other stainless high-end pots and pans always seemed to need BarKeepers Friend to keep them shiny but I haven't had to use it on these pans yet. ... show more

I bought all of the top rated pans to try them out. These were far superior. I’m now recommending them to friends and family. Scratch that. Just family. I don’t have a lot of friends that ask my opinion on pans but, if I did I’d tell them about these ones. Good pans. Heavy, easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. METAL safe!! These pots and pans are a investment. Follow the seasoning instructions and they perform as they should. These are not inexpensive but are worth the money. Work vey well on a Bosch 800 series induction stove. The coating on the bottom keeps the pots and pans from scuffing the stovetop. Invest, and you will be impressed. ... show more

    • Misleading advertising on video
While our pots and pans are dishwasher safe, using a dishwasher may cause your cookware to look dull or black over time. Additionally, phosphate-free detergents can etch or even pockmark the surface of the metal. This also alleviates the LIFETIME POLICY!
