Great cooking, simmer, saute, sear. Love being able to prepare a dish in the frying pan than throw it in the oven to keep warm while everyone gets seated. They clean up wonderfully and they seem to be made of a high quality stainless steel. My other stainless high-end pots and pans always seemed to need BarKeepers Friend to keep them shiny but I haven't had to use it on these pans yet.

I bought all of the top rated pans to try them out. These were far superior. I’m now recommending them to friends and family. Scratch that. Just family. I don’t have a lot of friends that ask my opinion on pans but, if I did I’d tell them about these ones. Good pans. Heavy, easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. METAL safe!! That may be the best part.

These pots and pans are a investment. Follow the seasoning instructions and they perform as they should. These are not inexpensive but are worth the money. Work vey well on a Bosch 800 series induction stove. The coating on the bottom keeps the pots and pans from scuffing the stovetop. Invest, and you will be impressed.

While our pots and pans are dishwasher safe, using a dishwasher may cause your cookware to look dull or black over time. Additionally, phosphate-free detergents can etch or even pockmark the surface of the metal. This also alleviates the LIFETIME POLICY!
