UPDATED review: Initially I received 2 packages for 4 stools and one of the package (with 2 of the stools) was a used or open box item. Seller responded promptly and offered the refund and/or new set. As I loved the 2/4 stool I received, I wanted to keep them especially based on the quality of the product itself. Seller informed me of sending me the new set (2 stools as the other 2 were perfect) and they arrived today. These are packaged very well, no damage, look beautiful and the assembly was a breeze. Last picture is the 2 stools I received today! BELOW IS MY INITIAL REVIEW: The item came in 2 boxes. Each box is with 2 stools. One box is returned items, damaged, many missing screws, missing a foot rest, paint damaged, scratches at many places, dirty. There is not an option to request missing part as I do not want to go through the hassle of return for refund or exchange. I paid for 4 and received only 2 new. Due to missing screws, I can't even use these. No option to even request a missing hardware. First 2 pictures of the box with 2 new stools and well packaged hard ware. Last 2 of the used stools, damaged, screws in a zip-lock bag.

I loved th bar stools but they legs stuck out too far for where I needed them. I kept tripping over them. I went to return and the cost of shipping was over $325.00 thats 3 times more than I paid for them.

THEY CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY THRU AMAZON (EMAIL) AND GAVE ME A FULL REFUND AND A NEW STOOL TO REPLACE THE OTHER!.... AMAZING!!... I LOVE THE STOOLS REGARDLESS. THANK YOU Screws fell out of one of the chairs first time someone sat in it ... trying to get back in and they appear to just keep turning without tightening. Love the look and the other one appears sturdy... weird but now looking to get super glue.

The wood stools are sturdy and minimalist. The wood isn’t cheap looking and the metal legs do not wiggle or squeak. They arrived super early than shipping predicted and you CANT beat the price for a set of 4! I LOVE this brand manufacture. Oh and they were easy to assemble. My 11 year old son assembled them all for me.
