The media could not be loaded. The manual that was given was not for the style of light that I chose. I had to figure it out on my own. However, it’s a beautiful light. I love the light settings. It’s super sleek and easy to use. There is this power connecting piece inside the post that comes undone sooo easily, so then you have to break it all the way down, connect it again, build it back up and BAM…. It comes undone again and it’s not working… which SUCKS because I used it at my spa and need light to see in the service and it doesn’t work 😑 and I don’t have time do undo the whole thing right then. ... show more

First delivery was missing a piece, reported to get sent a replacement just for the replacement to not even turn on!!! Not to mention the hassle of trying to even set it up, having to manually get the wire down the poles didn't sounds too hard but it damn wire kept getting stuck, took me almost an hour to assemble just to finally have everything attached and it not turn on!! Do not want to ask for a replacement AGAIN ... show more

This light took me hours to figure out how to build…the manual that came in the box was not even for the correct lamp. This company apparently makes two different kinds of lamps and the instructions were horrible. Would be nice if the seller included a video on how to build it.
