The pad in my Aeron classic was literally dissolving and crumbing on the floor. I'm surprised after installing how little difference this pad makes though. You could easily take a $2 piece of foam from a home center or crafts store and make a replacement that is more supportive. I don't know if this is a OEM part so maybe there's a better option out there? ... show more

The double sided tape was faulty too old or ???? would not separate after MANY attempts in different locations and when it finally did only backing paper removed and NO sticky side...

    • Fits perfect but it is hard.
Fits easy and size is perfect, but the foam is pretty hard, it pushes up my thigh when I sit on the chair. I don’t sit on the chair long hours, so I will live with it for now. I probably will shave the foam thinner.

    • Works but the tape didn't
The pad is as described but the tape was either wrong or too old. This isn't really a big deal as the pressure from the seat weave keeps it in there from what I can tell, and probably will make future replacements easier.

Fits perfectly and is comfortable. It came with an adhesive strip already attached but i did a dry fit just to see how it would fit and found I didn't even need to use the adhesive strip.

The foam insert fits my Aeron size C chair exactly. I had some delivery issues, however the seller resolved them over email in a matter of minutes (literally).
