Look if you are working from home and have spent more time at your desk than you ever thought. Do your back, backside and posture a favor. Buy this.. it will last far longer and will not leave you with pains of deflated chairs that wear out after 4 months of constant use. These are made to for up to medium-large people. Literally the only thing I wish this chair had, was higher air rests. But with that being said, that's me being stupid picky. Legit has helped alleviate my lumbosacral pain from a 9 to a 2. I sit in the chair like 10 to 14 hours a day. I absolutely love it and have zero regrets! I think the chair is better than buying new, as it's broken in and comfortable!!! Best chair ever and I don't think I'll ever need another one. If you're contemplating it, do it!! Best purchase ever and this will last for years, unlike those "gaming" chairs.     • Beware - This is NOT a NEW open box chair
This is NOT an open box NEW chair. The chair is used, refurbished (actually came dirty with something sprayed all over it and has a funky smell), and the knobs are worn. It is not in an "open box" original packaging. In fact, there is no original packaging. No original tags. And no Herman Miller user manual. There is not even a pamphlet to tell you how to put the chair together or describe how the chair works. It comes with knock-off non Herman Miller wheels. And the knock off wheels are not carpet casters as advertised. Parts are definitely worn. And the screws to attach the back of the chair to the seat were stripped out. Not at all what I was expecting for an "Open Box" item. The chair is more appropriately styled "Used - Refurbished". ... show more

I tried 5 different office chairs before breaking down and buying the Herman Miller Classic Aeron chair. This one is comfortable and adjusts much more so than all of the other chairs I bought. The main thing I notice with this chair is the arrests are shorter by a decent amount, which allows me to get it closer to the desk - resulting in far greater comfort. ... show more

Basically new very well designed chair at great price. Took little longer than projected to deliver - but packaging/chair were in excellent condition. Very comfortable & support is perfect fit for me. I wish I tried & ordered one of these chairs years ago.

    • Missing screws to attach the Back of the chair
Chair came in 2 pieces, missing the screws to attach the two together. The lever which allows you to lean back in the chair or lock the chair in a forward position do not appear to work at all. I imagine I can find the screws to attach the back, but I expected to at least get a chair in working condition. ... show more
