I ordered these HERA'S PALACE PU Leather Adjustable Swivel Bar Stools Set of 2, Counter Height Swivel Stool with Footrest and Back to go with another set I received from the same company. The colors of both sets match each other and they look great together. These stools, like the other set, are extremely simple to put together. You only need four screws to secure the seat to the bar. An Alan wrench and 9 screws are included, so you have an extra screw. Everybody in my family tried both sets out, and we all preferred the other set, so if you’re not partial to this particular style, I would recommend the set with the more traditional back.These stools are not uncomfortable; they are simply less comfortable than the other set. These stools came nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and paper. Nonetheless, one of the chairs had several flaws. The round base, for example, was severely scratched, and several spots on the plastic portion of the seat were defective. I've included images to demonstrate what I mean. The fact that these chairs have four different height positions means that they should work with any counter height. If you're 6.1 like me, you might have trouble finding a comfortable position because the footrest isn't far enough out. I found a more comfortable position by putting my feet on the footrest of the stool next to me. Overall, these are attractive chairs. These are nice stools, easy to assemble, but there are some quality control issues, like they have no quality control. Little sloppy things, like the plastic trim apparently had a film over it to protect it. And they removed it, but missed some sections where it was trapped and required lots of effort to remove. The places where this trim meets is stapled together with sloppy staples and not hidden. There are scratches on the post. For the price for a pair, it’s pretty on par I guess, but I do think these are things that should be paid attention to better when manufacturing. ... show more

The material is top quality. Both looks and feels nice. Should be easy to clean if need be. Assembly took minutes. Comes as a set , perfect for small island or bars. Adjustable height. Great price for this, definitely recommend.

Bar stools were packaged safely and protected. Very easy to put together with everything needed. They seem sturdy and adjust smoothly. The only thing I noticed was where the plastic trim wraps around the seat and meets (see close up photos) there is a slight gap. Which makes it look cracked. It is the same for both stools. But you can't really notice and doesn't bother me any. For the price and overall quality I'd recommend! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've tried out a number of barstools from Chinese companies and they all are very similar. The major positive is how simple and fast you can assemble these together. The negative is that when you first sit on it, you will ALWAYS sink a little bit (that's slightly annoying) The look of these barstools look modern and nice. The edge though is cheap plastic and it was a little annoying to peel off the cover on there too. ... show more
