We love this set. I had to give it 4 stars however for a few reasons. Pros: seat cushions are amazing! Firm but comfortable. The wide arm rest are a dream, fits a coffee cup or wine glass depending on the time of day. The table is taller than I expected which I really like, keeps a dog tail from knocking things over. It's metal but doesn't look like it at all. The seats sit so deep, I really love this but for someone short I could see how it might be uncomfortable. Cons: The back rest cushions are thin. I plan on buying some more filler to make them better. For the seat cushions to be so amazing you'd think the back rest ones would match. The set took us over 3 hours build. The biggest con however, is that we purchased this set one week ago and both ottomans are already broken. The elastic to hold the cushion to the wicker has broken. Not a huge deal but for the money it should have lasted longer than a week. (This issue has been resolved. The customer was fantastic and help me solve the problem right away. They were responsive, quick, and unbelievably kind.) Summary: We get so many compliments on this set. I'd suggest this set to friend currently but if things continue to break as fast as the ottomans did in a few months I might change it mind. The customer service is top notch. I'd have zero hesitation in purchasing more products from them.

This is a very comfortable set that exceeded my expectations. The wide armrests are very nice feature that adds both comfort and style. The quality of the materials used is top notched and seems to be withstanding the weather. While assembling took a little longer than expected the seller’s support team was very responsive to my questions. If you’re in the market for some new outdoor furniture, I would definitely check this set out.

It's a nice set, but....the holes on half of the couch do not match up. Customer service was very responsive ...however they say it will take 3 months to get me new pieces. Time will tell if it arrives by then. For now, no one can sit on that side of the couch.

Please seriously don’t bother. This was our very first patio furniture set after researching the market for a couple months. It arrived, we put it all together but the quality is really poor. We took care of this set storing it inside during the winter but it hasn’t even lasted a year. We are extremely disappointed. The cushions are great but the weaving of each piece is awful. Some even arrived coming undone but they are such large pieces that returning felt impossible.

I didn’t expect such comfort from a patio set, but this one exceeded my expectations. The wide armrests are a fantastic feature that adds both comfort and style. While assembling, everything fit perfectly; no missing parts at all. The swivel glider chair quickly became my favorite spot to relax with a book. It makes my backyard feel like a little retreat. I appreciate the quality of the materials used; it seems built to last and withstand the weather. If you’re in the market for some new outdoor furniture, definitely check this set out.
