Let me list the many reasons why my wife and I love, love, love this patio furniture set that we got for our beach house: 1. Quality is outstanding. 2. Packaging is well done. Assembly is simple, and the instructions are easy to follow (just be mindful that the arrow sticker points to the front (not the back) of the piece you are assembling. 3. The parts (bolts, nuts, washers, etc) are well organized and every specific part comes with extra! 4. Lock washers should always be used instead of regular washers for better assembly and durability (but most furniture that requires assembly does not come with lock washers). Not to worry - this patio set has got you covered! This goes back to the quality of this patio set I mentioned earlier. 5. The patio set looks absolutely looks fabulous and way more expensive than what it actually is! 6. The sofa, swivel chairs, and ottomans are very comfortable to sit on. 7. Love the accessory that easily converts each ottoman to a smart table for drinks and snacks. 8. The cushion covers are durable, easy to put on, and easy to take off for cleaning. 9. Very convenient on how many ways you can configure the patio set to suit your needs. 10. For all that you get, the price is very reasonable. Would recommend saving the plastic bags that the cushions come in, so you can re-use them to store the cushions when it is time to put away the patio furniture for the following season. Our beach house is near salt water so we will have to see how the patio set holds up to the salt air. But based on the quality of the material, we are confident it will be fine, and our family and friends will get many years of enjoyment from this patio set. So... would we buy this patio set again or recommend it? Absolutely! Not just for all the reasons already mentioned, but because the CUSTOMER SERVICE has also been exceptional!!! ... show more

I'd give this an overall 4.5. The chairs are simple to put together if you have better tools than they supply. I did have to file off a bit of metal to get the rocking mechanism to sit right under the chair. The ottomans are super simple, but the couch made me frustrated. The couch is NOT easy to assemble. The directions were not clear, things were mislabeled and I had to guess a bit. Overall it worked out and anyone can do it if they're patient and have 2-3 people helping. I will say that you cannot tighten down all the bolts/screws on the couch UNTIL it's fully together or things will absolutely not line up. Keep things loosey goosey and you'll be fine. The cushion material is pretty but not very high quality and I give those a 3.5. The frames are sturdy and I expect them to last. The seat cushions are dense and comfy and will last for a good while, but the back cushions will need replacing in a few years and they're just poly batting. For the price, I'm impressed and highly recommend this set. ... show more

Beautiful patio set. It is very comfortable and fairly easy to put together. It took us a few hours but all parts arrived on time and unbent. The frames are thick and sturdy. I ordered the 9 seat set. This is a very nice set. I receive many compliments on it and it looks very expensive. While my husband put this together by himself, it would probably have been much easier with 2 people. The fabric on the cushions is very nice and easy to put on the inserts. I had one small glitch but the seller's customer service was very good and took care of it in a very timely fashion. I have no complaints with the seller. The bottom seat cushion is very thick and comfortable. The back cushion is not as thick but still provides comfort. I would recommend buying this set. ... show more

I’m getting separate deliveries. The tables came first, then the sofa. It’s pretty sturdy but the back pillows/ cushions are almost flat as pancakes which makes you sit deep into it. Not very comfortable for a short person. It was easy to assemble.

This set was missing the 2 armchairs so I contacted Amazon & the seller. Seller emails me that they will send another sofa (at first I mistakenly thought it was the sofa that was missing when we just opened the boxes). Fine, so I pay my handyman to assemble it & we learn it's the 2 chairs that are missing. Then I get an email from Amazon that they are issuing me a partial refund. I don't want that; I want a complete set. Amazon has 15 sets still available online. I've emailed the seller again & will attempt to reach a human at Amazon to get this resolved. This is not how you treat customers. By not fulfilling their contract to deliver the complete set, it's fraud. The set is beautiful, seat cushions are a bit too firm IMO & the legs on both ottomans are wonky & not level - typical China junk. I'll report back on my resolution. My recommendation at this time is not to buy this set. ... show more

I have looked around everywhere for this kind a patio couch. This one I found on Amazon is perfect! The seats on the couch are super comfy and soft. Know that the set comes in many boxes and not delivered at the same time. Had no issues with assembly and the furniture set is study and very comfortable. Looks high end, cushions are thick and well made.
