We are more than pleased to get this beautiful set of outdoor furniture. Each piece is well made and durable. Really strong. The cushions are thick; well sewn; zippers are easy to handle. The table is gorgeous but light. I wish it was as weighty as the other furniture. We had previously bought a 6-piece furniture from another brand which included covers. Hera’s did not include covers. Overall, this current Hera’s furniture is definitely a 5! It exceeded our expectation.

All items are very sturdy good quality delivered in excellent time. I had one small issue and the seller corrected it immediately. Highly recommend this item and would definitely buy from this seller again.

I love this set. Cushions are superb. That said, the hardware provided did not assemble all of the items as outlined in their directions for assembly. Bolts are too short to accomplish a connection. Customer service is provided by text message and will only tell you to go to the local hardware store to buy replacements. This “service” is provided from China, who is unprepared to meet deficiencies in their own products in a timely fashion. They could stock additional replacement kits with Amazon but do not. I ordered this on June 3 for a Father’s Day party and still don’t have the set put together for lack of parts. I am told to be patient, that they will ship the additional parts need from their warehouse but am never provided an ETA despite nightly text messages. I will never buy knowing that China is the supplier again. Amazon should PROMINENTLY DISPLAY country of shipping origin at the top of each foreign item.
