Was surprised to Only received one box with the sofa at first, the chairs and table came separately. Once they’d all arrived and we assembled them, they were gorgeous! I’m so happy with them, they are strong sturdy and because they’re metal they’ll last forever. They were exactly what I’d hoped for. The customer service has been great. They were responsive and attentive to my concerns of not having received the order in its entirety and followed it closely for me. I did receive everything. I like to start with the set is really nice, sturdy, cushions are comfy and thick padded on the bottom cushion. When we finally got all the parts and figured out a few things we ended up loving it. We did have some issues with missing pieces, which was a little frustrating. I contacted the company more than a few times, and I have to say they stood by their product and sent me everything I needed to make it right. I would recommend this set, for the price and quality it’s definitely worth it. I looked all over and outdoor furniture has gotten a pricey as indoor furniture. Got 4-piece set (comes in 3boxes) via FedEx. Put table together, then realized there's a one inch dent that on the other side can see the crack. I wish I would of seen beforehand, sometimes delivery couriers can be tuff on boxes. I cut the box in pieces which to return you need the entire box. Everything else seems ok. To put together and shipping, the price is higher than some stores that is already assembled and they deliver. Furniture sometimes is worth getting at a store. Some of the screws and holes were very hard to match together .I do not like all the bolts screws and washers all on one card. many came out together and you had to go through them and seperate. Packed well It is beautiful and sturdy.

I gave this set 3 stars because if following. 1. The back can be a little more fuller but the seats are great 2. The table holes did not line up on the first table — after a week going back and forth they send another one. One leg line up — had to redrill holes for the second legs to work. But the company refund me the table cost. 3. Finally the ottomans arrived 2 weeks behind schedule but they are perfect 4. The company very responsive to all my chats.
