installed on a 2008 dodge grand caravan sxt 3.8 v6 compressor works fine, but there were a couple issues with the shipment that could be improved: one of the plastic tabs on the plug broke off in transit, so it won’t stay attached to the mounting bracket. packaging needs to be improved. there was no paperwork stating how much oil was required, and whether or not it was pre-oiled (it was), so i had to dump it out to check, and just trust that it was the appropriate amount of oil. overall, i’m satisfied with the purchase, but not enough for a five star review. would buy again. ... show more

I was having trouble with my old compressor clutch not engaging. I did not realize there is a sensor next to the in cabin blower fan that will disable the clutch if unplugged "I had recently replaced the blower motor and accidently bumped this which unplugged it" So even though mine was still good I did not realize it until I replaced it. Even so this one works great and was pre-oiled. Was very easy to install and put a new belt on. Took about 30 min. I was able to pull vac and recharge in another 30 min. Air blows nice and cold on my 250k mile van and I am happy. ... show more

2010 Chrys. T&C 3.8l Easy to swap out, fit perfect. After I installed it, I took the van to a local place to vac and recharge. Now it blows cool, nice.
