It arrived directly to my home in three large boxes. Installation was incredibly easy. It's incredibly comfortable to sit on and recline on, fluffy and soft. The media could not be loaded. I bought Lshape couch in Ash which is a brownish gray mix, and I’m including a video to help anyone trying to decide. The color works well in my space, especially with my oatmeal curtains. I added mocha throw pillows to bring a little warmth, and it pulled everything together. The size is great. Three adults can sit comfortably, and the structure feels solid. It comes in three small boxes, which made me nervous at first. I was sure it would feel flimsy, but once I started putting it together, it came together better than expected. The setup took me about three hours on my own. A few screws and holes didn’t line up, which was annoying, but I eventually worked through it. My biggest complaint was the original plastic black legs. They made the couch feel too low. I replaced them with upgraded legs, and that made a huge difference in height and overall look. Now that everything is set up, I actually like the couch. It’s comfortable, looks clean and modern, and works well for the price. I kind of wish I had purchased the two ottomans when I ordered, since they don’t sell one separately. We are highly satisfied with this sofa. We initially purchased the three-seater and added an extra unit to provide additional armrests, a decision we are very pleased with. This configuration effectively transforms it into a four-seater. Our only minor concern is the slightly low height. For context, the tree in the vicinity is 15 feet tall.
