I wanted a cart with MCM vibe and this fit the bill. In addition, it is 3 tier and tall enough to prep cocktails comfortably. I love that it is not like a tea cart. Unlike many reviews I found this cart easy to assemble and would recommend hand tightening the screws until completely assembled-then tighten all the screws. Another note - once it is assembled the glass does fit in without disassembly. You simply slip the glass between two grooves in the metal frame. Some reviewers did not realize this and thought they needed to disassemble the cart to fit the glass into the frame. The size is perfect. it is not too big nor too small. I put all my tools, shaker and pitchers, syrup and juice, snacks and fruit cups on the top shelf. I used the mid shelf for a full cocktail set of glasses-20 in all. The lower shelf has the booze....perfect! Another nice addition to the cart was the cordless table lamp (another Amazon find) that provides the perfect light in 3 different intensities. I love this cart. It has a simple design that fits in well with pretty much any furnishing style. It is sturdy, and bottles fit on the shelves. Although it is fairly small in diameter, it works perfectly as a bar cart and will hold all the items you want to have at hand. Assembly takes patience. I put it together myself, and it would definitely be easier with two people. But you can do it if you have time and patience. The screws kept dropping on the carpet and getting lost, but I found them all and kept working at it until I completed the task. The last round piece closest to the wheels was the hardest to line up. I tried putting the screws in the holes on the round piece, then unscrewing them to line them up with the hooks. This seemed to help by making the holes on the round piece slightly more open and able to accept the screws. Use your own Phillips screwdriver. The little tool provided is not up to the task. When you are finally done with assembly, its time to employ your bar cart as intended and pour yourself a little reward. You deserve it. ... show more

I searched high and low and for many days and finally settled on this cart, which I love! It's elegant, modern, and the perfect size for my small apartment. It holds quite a few liquor and wine bottles with plenty of space leftover. It's absolutely lovely BUT be prepared for a challenging assembly!!! I spent two hours putting it together with great difficulty. When I got to the final shelf, I thought about and finally realized my power screwdriver might be the answer. Because all the holes are not perfectly aligned, the power screwdriver accurately located the hole and stuck with it until the screws were all the way in - solidly. The power screw driver made all the difference and I wish I had thought about using it when I began assembly. Now that it's assembled and sitting beautifully in my living room, I'm happy but I don't want to go through that assembly process again. The little wrench included is cute but it's worthless. Purchased this bar cart to fill an awkward corner in our dining room and am very pleased with how it came together. As mentioned in previous reviews, the instructions are sparse and you're going to want to install the mirror bottom before you attach that secondary rung on the bottom shelf. Don't tighten your screws all the way until you've got all the pieces in place. Even though it was was a bit of a pain to assemble, it was well worth the effort and we are very pleased with the purchase. Highly recommend. ... show more

Perfect cart for my needs. I had done a lot of searching. I was wanting a cart for an espresso station behind our family room's bar. The round shape was perfect for tucking in the corner making it both available yet out of the way. In my searches, I came across the "Lucy Bar Cart" at Circle Furniture, and almost purchased it "on sale" for $800 (search on that and you will see how similar they are). This cart was so difficult to put together. None of the holes lined up, there weren’t enough screws, and if any part of the cart touched the ground it would scuff. I love the look of the cart (Im just not putting anything heavy on it because it’s missing screws). I would return but it’s honestly not worth the effort to take it apart and ship it back. I’m really disappointed at the quality since it was a bit pricey. ... show more

    • Tricky Assembly but Good Finished Product

First off let me say that the finished product is great and I'm very happy with the purchase. However, if you're able to assemble this with the little Allen wrench that comes with it, I'd like to shake your hand. On top of that, you'll definitely want two people to make the assembly easier. I'm a healthy guy in good shape and was having to use my arms, legs, head and body to get the pieces aligned properly but I was obviously by myself. With two people, assembly would have been much easier. Again though, while it was definitely a pain to put together, I'm very happy with this purchase. ... show more
