The media could not be loaded. My package arrived damage...! The product box and the photobook inside are both damage. When I opened the photobook, chunks of pages literally fell out of the book. It’s makes me really upset since I’ve been waiting for this album for months..

I love BTS, this album is beautiful and I am so proud of their hard work. However, I am very disappointed at the way Amazon sends their products. They are famous of sending albums where the edges are a little damaged, but that was becoming something common.... Until today. For starters, the package was so dirty, as if they threw it on the floor and stepped over it several times. When I finally opened the album after coming from work, the edges were bended, but this time, the 3 out of the 4 corners of the box were ripped apart. It could be because of the weight of everything that it contains, but if that's the case, Amazon delivery and the seller should really step it up and take better care of its customers' products because it's disappointing paying $50 for a broken album. I would like either a replacement or a refund.

This is like a personal letter BTS wrote to Army 💜 such a cozy and healing album.

I love the album but this packaging is terrible. The top and bottom of the box were broken. I’m not even sure if that’s the proper way they were meant to be opened but the pictures show that it’s def broken. Then while I was looking through the photo book, two chunks fell out. Again this can be seen through the pictures. I love this album so I’m really upset I got it in this condition. Maybe instead of ordering online it’d be better to go in store to make sure nothings broken.

Update: I was able to replace the album and received a new one in perfect condition at no extra cost. I didn't pay shipping for the new one or for sending the other one back. I was sad to open my album and see that the corners were all ripped and damaged. Love the album and I had prime day of shipping, I just wish they would have packaged it better to reduce how much damage happened during shipping.

Army, do not hesitate! This is album of the year! It is stunning! Came with everything listed, absolutely the most visually stunning BTS album to date in my opinion. The sentiment behind all the songs and this entire album what truly makes this one of the greatest BTS albums. If you watched the press conference the night before this release, you will fully understand why this album means so much, not only to the fans, ARMY, but to BTS too. The price of this is a little more than what they usually sell for but when it says DELUXE, it means DELUXE. If feels Deluxe and then you open it and it's packed full of beautiful images, cards, even a photo frame and 2 posters, 1 is a lyrics poster. This one contains a photo card of every single member of BTS, not 1 bias, but all 7 are included!

The media could not be loaded. The album was incredible. It was an emotional roller coaster, each song took me to a different place. I appreciate all BTS work. The album design and content was so beautiful and detailed. I’m just frustrated with the handling given by Amazon. The corners and side of the album were not handled with care. This is the second album that I purchased from Amazon with the same issue. 8 months ago I purchased Map of the Soul 7 and it was also damaged. These albums are collectives, so imagine the horror to see my album damaged without being my fault. ARMYs the album is beautiful, purchase it, but maybe from a physical store because I am not trusting Amazon anymore with my albums.
