My 14 year old Weimaraner was having a difficult time getting up off the floor and wasn’t able to get up on couch. I tried these supplements for her hoping it would help make her more comfortable in her elderly years. These had an amazing effect, much better than I had even hoped. She gets off the floor, no problem. She is able to get on and off the couch and can get in the car with greater ease. She even runs around the yard, something she hadn’t done for a while. She has been taken these for 10 months and I feel like she has a better quality of life because of them.

Thought this would be great for an older dog that we have, but she only got half of two doses (2 out of 4 chews, once a day) for 2 days. She threw up both times, so I will not be giving her anymore of them. My other dogs also had a few, but they didn't like them. I will go back to using CBD treats instead.

We are very happy with this product for our old dog! Our mixed breed Mooch, has always been an active runner. We considered him a real long distance athlete! Fast forward to his last 2-3 years. He began having issues of limited mobility, apparent pain, and even chewing on his foot until it bled. After numerous tests, x-rays and regular prescription pain medication the conclusion was arthritis in his hips and especially his knees. The vet said he was licking or chewing on the pain area that he could reach. Pain medication only lasted so long and some made him very unsteady on his feet. Liquids had to be mixed with something he liked to eat. Bandages wouldn’t stay on the wound and if they did, they needed frequent changing. We worried about him falling on the steps as he seemed really weak in the legs. Wound sprays to keep him from licking his sore spot didn’t work either. Nothing was really working for him and we sadly considered putting him down to relieve his suffering as he just wasn’t enjoying life as he had in the past. I searched the internet and decided I’d try this product as an almost last resort. After a few short weeks we could see a difference! No more chewing on his foot and he seemed almost pain free. I say ‘almost’ pain free because he will tussle with our large puppy and let’s the puppy know when he hits a sore spot! We would never have considered getting the puppy if we thought Mooch couldn’t physically handle a newcomer but he improved so much that we decided to try it. Mooch is showing his age but at least he’s appears to be a contented dog with a new friend and enjoying life again. Per his weight he gets 2 treats at bedtime and chews them up quickly. He’s been on this supplement for at least 10 months; maybe longer. Mooch is a rescue dog of unknown age and we’ve had him 13 years! He was in a shelter for 2 years before we brought him home. It appears that he’s nearing at least 16! We have now switched to the duck flavor. This is a long story I know but I shared it with you so that if you and /or your vet have ‘tried everything’ you might want to consider this product for your pet who may have arthritic or joint pain.

Senior dogs still have some fight in them. These chews got my old Yorkie back on track in one day!! He has arthritis in his back & I ran out of his cbd treats & completely forgot about it. He didn't get up in the morning cuz he was in so much pain. Broke my heart. Ordered these & got them same day. By the afternoon he was back out chasing squirrels in the back yard. I love the size of these too, because at his age he has lost quite a few teeth. He loves the bacon flavored & this soft chew is easy for him to take. PLEEEEASE people, don't give up on your older fur babies that are suffering from pain. Try these hemp chews first to see if they improve. My Yorkie turns 14 next month & I will make sure that he has these chews fully stocked. Phenomenal product!!!
