:( no music no voice. My cord must be faulty because it has good reviews but yet i can’t hear anything or my phone can’t hear me either. I’ve turned it on and off and keep unplugging. It does light up tho and the buttons work.

The media could not be loaded. Really good call quality on both ends. Not as loudest Music quality and could use more bass. But loud enough and still able to hear what you need to be safe. I like that it can easily be moved from one helmet to another. Easy to use even with gloves on and looks great. At least on my helmet I think. Better than I expected at the price point.
