Five month search for WFH head sets hat don't hurt my ears, dig my glasses into my head, and break my scalp out. . Our customer base is over 50. a lot of them are hard of hearing. Even brand names the sound quality was bad, complaints all day everyday, WHAT? I can't hear you, you sound like you are in a drum, tunnel, bucket are you eating mumbling chewing? it was the daily complaint. I stopped looking for brands and started reading reviews. I have used these for a week now with no complaints. The sound quality is excellent, the ear muffins are soft fabric not that pleather the rest of them use. I love them!

I absolutely love this headset for my work-from-home job! I used it while working with Harte Hanks and had zero complaints about background noise. The mic quality is excellent—so much so that some customers even had to turn their volume down because my voice came through so clearly! Item worked great initially. I have owned it for little over a year. Last few months mic quality has degraded to the point I needed to adjust outbound mic pickup to 100% so people can clearly understand me again. Great value for the money. expect degredation of internal components, again however.... For $20 when purchased.... Can't really complain a whole lot. Pros - - cheap - works as expected - no issues on initial arrival Cons - - not extremely comfortable, adequate for work use on inbound calls for up to 10min - internals seems to break down sooner then I would like - noise canceling not super effective however also not advertised, would beware in a noisy house or environment .

I use Bluetooth but every once in awhile discord just makes me go crazy with its audio setup and I would rather plug in and avoid the hassle. So these headphones help me maintain my sanity instead of going through a thousand different settings to see why my Bluetooth isn't working with Discord

These are my go to headsets. I don't like the big, bulky over the ear variety or anything going inside my ear. I had a tiny headset that went in and I had constant ear aches. I sweat to much with the big headsets. These are nice and small and sit over the ear with the cushioned pad. Very comfortable. USB, so no battery required. I haven't had any problems and have bought a couple for backups. I've used these a while and the only thing I'm wary of is that the cord is thin and feels like I'm going to break it if I accidentally step on it or something. Like with PC Mice, I prefer re-enforced cables, especially with something that's moving around a lot but this works and I'm probably just being paranoid about it.
