At first at was a little skeptical considering it seemed like a pretty good deal but I went on to buy this pc. It took 3 days to arrive but when once I got it and went to set it up, some of the ports to connect the pc to your monitor did not work however it did list that in the papers/directions I received in the package as well. Some ports did work however this will vary if they are refurbished. Speaking of refurbished yes the quality was good it was not broken or dented however it came dusty with some white candle like texture but other than that good quality. the actual pc runs very good I tried playing ROBLOX and it succeeded as well with other games however IMPORTANT:these types of PC don’t come with much storage so I would consider buying a usb flash drive if you wanted to use this MAINLY for gaming. Even for homework’s or projects online this will run very well. So for the price and quality I would HIGHLY recommend you to buy this if this is your first pc or for simple gaming and online project usage. ... show more

Update! Terrible. Didnt last me a year when the hard drive crashed. Got a quote for almost how much I paid for it to have it fixed. I really wish that I didn’t happen cause now I’m out of money for a thing that I used nearly daily for homeschooling. Thanks anyway 😒 I’ve had this product for a little bit over a week and a half now and I have to say I have had no problems, except one small detail. The computer does not come with a cord to go from the screen to the computer itself. But for under $10, you can go to Best Buy and you can get the part and honestly, I have not had any problems but if you do have a problem and it says something about this computer has a blank blank box adapter then your problem is easily solved with the $10 item from Best Buy. I don’t remember exactly what it was called but in the back of the computer you can take a picture of the size that is needed. It’s at the bottom where the silver plate is and just take it in there and the associates can help you and it was easy as 1. 2. 3. Good luck! It’s now August and it holds up great to my Sims game and all the downloads for that and homeschooling for my children so I say this was amazing for what it does and for the price! ... show more

Finally updated everything and now Gpu is appearing correctly it showed as Radeon R7 200 series but after I updated it became Radeon R5 340 if anything goes wrong I’ll be updating this review but as off this moment it seems to be the correct components however if it can’t do as advertised I’ll update this review to let those know in a few weeks or so if it’s able to run the games it says it can ... show more

    • Decent Buy For $194, Not as described and a personal letdown
The item is described as a "PC that can run 4k 60fps" I have a 4k monitor and it cannot run even close to that, and I figured but I was hoping the little work they put into it would let me play at low graphics and 1080p or even 720 on this thing but it's very hard to get much out of the Radeon R5 and I have not once seen my ram hit the full 14-16 GB range. But the GPU is getting capped out. It's alright especially to mess around with music and I'm gonna try to upgrade it but man if I havent tried everything to get 30 fps. not bad but don't hold hope for low budget gaming like i did, games that you can play are 14-older. ... show more

It's not fast enough to play the games they said I'm going to have to upgrade alot can't play pubg apex gta5 I Can run gameboy emulators on here and use the internet I'm not happy I guess I have a extra computer for youtube videos and Google search

My son wanted this for Christmas and it said Refurbished/Excellent. It came with parts missing and the colorful lights on the modem lasted one day. I'm so upset bc this was at the top of his Christmas list😠 Customer service did try and assist but it was just a dead machine.
