I’ve had an exhausting search trying to find a high quality, seam sealed, yet stylish raincoat for wet days living on our sailboat. Sportswear companies are the worst at sizing up. At a size 12/14 jeans I am so disappointed with the straight up and down fit if the top of the jacket is massive and tent like with crazy long wide arms and the bottom is too tight and I could barely button the last button definitely not for hourglass active bodies plus this is the largest size offered at XL. So sad! ... show more

i had the coat on me in a store (md size). I felt the next size up would be a better for me they but had no other size left. It is a good reputable store, always good quality, expensive but worth the money for the quality. And my friend and I fell in love with it. The beautiful feel of the material. But the coat i received (Lg per my order)was not the same. It was in a plastic envelope, I wondered what it was & Immed opened it, disappointed but tried to put it was. It was thin, lightweight, with very long sleeves and shoulder area too tight, to continue to put it on (tighter than the medium size) I immed took it off - it was only partially on me and the quality was not like the one I tried on in the store. Very different. I’m glad I availed of the “try on first” offered by Amazon. I returned it that afternoon. Amazon made the process so easy to return it. Thank you! I bought this in bright pink and I love it! I'm taking it on a cruise and I want to be easy to find (LOL)! Waterproof, windproof, long enough to protect my tush if I sit on a wet bench, lightweight, hooded and lots of pockets! True to size. I love it!
