    • Cheap, flimsy, not sturdy, adds height.
The peg holes barely do anything to keep the soles in place, needed to duct tape it together to make it work... Will have to get used to walking with this, as balancing is harder wearing it. Definitely wont be doing any running with these in.

Can barely walk in these, and def bad for feet to spend a day in them. The heel inserts barely work, it doesnt properly stick on and the insole in general is a bit narrow so the heel inserts would break apart and slide around making it very awkward.
