Size: 70 inch
The title listing says "Heavy Punching Bag For Adults" implying that it would be HEAVY and for ADULTS to train with, but this was nothing but a glorified balloon. I used water instead of sand, which I imagine a lot of people will do just out of convenience, but even when filled to it's limit with water, this bag does nothing for adult training. When filled it's heavy enough to be obnoxious to move from point A to point B, but that means nothing when your actual intention is to strike it repeatedly. The part that you punch falls to floor and doesn't rise back fast enough for your second strike, presuming you're trying traditional boxing moves. Even a light slap has enough force to knock the top down. I can't believe this is being advertised as a product for adults. This is something a child would find amusing to practice on while they watch you utilize a REAL punching bag. The only bright side is that it came with gloves, but what does it matter. TLDR; If your goal is serious training, do NOT buy this product. If your goal is to give your prepubescent child something to play with, then by all means. ... show more

Overall news pretty happy with this punching bag. The bag was easy to set up. It did not come with a ceiling mount but I already had one. The bag feels pretty durable and should hold up.
