Item arrived earlier than expected and fully assembled. That was a big bonus being a single woman. I only needed patience to unscrew the metal bars cage protecting the scooter. This came with the box brat up, paint has a few chips and the head lite was loose screws were pulled out of housing. I had ordered two and the other one was ok. the red one was fine the blue one was damaged lightly

I am very happy with this unit. I'm 350 lbs and I can't believe how it handles and such speed that I will probably never use. The packaging was unbelievably sturdy with steel framing on a pallet with surrounding cardboard and than rapped in plastic wrap. When I called text support they answered very quickly to answer questions I had. I like that the chair swivels so I can get in easily because I have spinal issues. The only little thing I have to complain about is the seat height is not adjustable, I could use another 2" or so of height to be perfect for me. I would recommend this unit to all big people. Still a very comfortable ride with the shocks.

If you have mobility issues, I highly recommend the scooter. It has a great price and only weighing 120 pounds is easy for most people to pick up and put in the back of a pick up truck or trunk of a car. My mother really enjoys using it and a battery last for a decent amount of time.
