Ordered the motor but did not get it installed until just before my camping trip. After installing it during testing I found the motor barely had the torque to roll the awning up. This is with full power from the converter. If I assisted by hand to get it started it would wind it up. I did not have time to return it before my trip so I figured I could deal with it until I got home. Well it's to the point where it will barely work even helping it so I cannot use the awning. And no I have realized the return window is only 30 days. Guess I'm out of luck. ... show more
