Let me first begin, when writing a review on this or any product you should write about the complete experience ( The product and the support given if any by the manufacture ). Many reviews just point out how cute and easy it is to use....O.K....so that being said, if this is not your first pressure cleaner you might be on the fence of its approval. It doesn't compare to the robust competitors but it is a lot less expensive. A few observations are that I noticed the plastic tube for the soap dispenser is to close to the screaming hot engine and it's a disaster waiting to happen. The unit also overheats and shuts off after a full tank of gas, not practical! You do nothing and wait 20...30...minutes for it to cool off before doing nothing different and just pulling the coil to restart. The advertised 50ft hose is very small in diameter compared to what is the normal hose diameter for that length, from the competitors. Over all, its not a bad unit, but I would definitely say its a middle of the road for anyone. My unit came with a defective knob that holds it together so I contacted the seller for a replacement. Service is the back bone to any product, and they definitely came through. Therefore I give this cleaner 4 stars and the seller 5! They stand behind their products. ... show more

After a couple dozen uses, the psi and fuel consumption has remained the same. I’m impressed with the product although it is louder than most others. Around 2.58 gpm and 3480 psi average which is really good for the advertised measurements. Start up is easy and you can rely on it to not leak. The hose quality isn’t great but for 50ft with the product it is not bad. Gun and tips are well sealed and I would recommend a quick connect adapter set. Use a 14 inch surface cleaner and never run bleach through your pressure washer. Good luck ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product lost a star because Chinese manufacturers need to hire an english speaking American to write their directions as to how to position the choke during a cold start as it is a little confusing. The washer was easy to assemble and started effortlessly once I figured out the choke. It had plenty of psi (3500) to run my new surface cleaner, a Biswing 15". ... show more

Arrived with all parts and easy assembly. Added oil and gas. Started on first pull. Washed garage door for first test and the unit performed well. I recommend the power washer. Also great price.

I got my 3500 PSI power washer yesterday and got oil in it today (did not come with oil). Boy I have used power washers all my life and this one has some power. I can clean most anyplace on my house with just switching out nozzles. I had a 90 degree adjustable nozzle from a previous power washer and put it on my new one to try to clean some gutters. I nearly broke my wrist when I hit the spray. Could not hold it up to clean the gutters. I'm going to buy some extensions and try a little different technique. But if you want a powerful power washer get the 3500 PSI. I do have one issue - the cover for the Unloader valve came off and I cannot figure out how it goes back on. I have some black electrical tape holding it on but going to have to find someone that can show me how to put it back on. Very impressive washer. ... show more

At the price I paid for this and the features it has, this was a great deal. Several nozzles for different spreads / pressures, a built-in soap container to make using different soaps and washes much easier, very good pressure. Started right up after adding oil (did not come with oil which I added less than a quart of sae 30). Make sure not to overfill as I did and had to drain some back out because it is hard to judge it while adding. All in all after searching all over for a pressure washer, this one was best price with most features I could find (06/23). ... show more
