It’s very firm and seems as if it’ll last for a good amount of time. Water flows through it very smoothly, I wish it had an attachment to it but nonetheless, it’s completely fine on its own.

The hose leaks water and only one end swivels. You need an adapter unless you want to twist the entire hose to screw it into your tap. The thing becomes very hot under California heat and high summer temperature. Looks like it will melt. I am an average Joe, and I do not like the performance of the hose. If you simply turn on the water, the hose works but doesn't stretch very far, not nearly as far as is advertised. If you close off the nozzle and let the water create enormous pressure in the hose, it expands more fully. Then, if you keep pulling on it as you open the nozzle, you can maintain that length. But don't let up on the pressure or you're back to a short hose again--extremely disappointing. I've had any expandable hoses, and while this has excellent metal ends, I had to move the hose to a different location where the length isn't an issue. And now I'll have to purchase another hose--hoping for 30', I guess I'll have to purchase a 50-footer just to be sure. So much for being fiscally responsible....... ... show more

This hose has a very good quality. It does not leak. It even comes with extra plastic rings just in case. I love that it flips and unravels very easy. It doesn’t have a cheap material. I definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a small hose.
