Great ride. So much better than any of the rental scooters I’ve tried here in the US and a much smoother and faster ride than any of my buddy’s. The dual suspension is awesome. Lights and brakes are great quality also. Built strong but still reasonably light and very easy to fold.

Broken rear fender when delivered.... not pleased by this at all... rode it and it was fine but seriously fix your packaging. The directions are ikea level and doesn't explain everything like the thing on a spring on the handlebars on the left

I absolutely love this electric scooter! Smooth and powerful. Perfect for me commuting or just cruising around town. Dual suspension is a neat feature and makes it an incredibly comfortable ride, even on bumpy surfaces. Lightweight yet very sturdy and the battery charges very quickly and seems to last forever compared to other scooters I’ve been on. The tires provide great traction and stability, making me feel safe while riding. Highly recommend it for both teens and adults looking for a reliable electric scooter! 3 stars because need to download Apk to get foreign app. Also had to return cause on bumpy roads eyes vibrate and can't see, any hole or bump was killer on my back. Quick, got up to max speed. Charged as it should. Charge held. Just don't recommend if you ever herniated a disk or aren't on smoothe roads because you literally can't see if you aren't. It's fun though! Handles are weird, felt like if i twitched much less sneezed I'd lose control. Handle height not adjustable which could help the control. Im 5'4 and my hands were up near my chest on this. Solid build. Foldable. Lights. Kickstand. Packed well. 36lb to carry so need some strength and balance. ... show more

    • A well preforming budget scooter, just wish you did not need app for all the settings
My first scooter and too a bit of getting used to, but so far it seems pretty decent for a budget scooter. Front wheel drive seems a bit awkward, but maybe that is just because I am not used to scooters in general. The platform is large enough for medium sized adults, but probably will not be comfortable for someone plus sized... and you might struggle to go uphill on it too, as it certainly loses performance when doing that. The ride quality overall is... ok: not exactly smooth as the budget suspension does struggle a bit, (and gets little to no help from the solid wheels), but it is not so bad that I would be annoyed or worried about safety. Really like the hook and kickstand for storage and portability. I just wish you could access any settings beyond the bare minimum directly rather than having to go through the app, for security, privacy and potential future accessibility reasons.... The app aside though, overall this seems like a fairly decent budget scooter that is holding up pretty well so far. ... show more
