I'm a small B-cup and don't really need a bra, and find bras uncomfortable. So, I bought my first pair of adhesive Nippies back in January. I have worn them nearly every day since then, and for me, they have been about as perfect as a product could be. Comfort: They're extremely comfortable -- so comfortable, in fact, that I occasionally forget to take them off before going to sleep because I forget they're there. I was afraid that the adhesive might irritate my skin, but it hasn't at all. They stay on very well and are easy to wash after use (I use plain old soap and water). Coverage: The coverage they provide is remarkably good, given how extremely thin they are. I can wear a form-fitting white tee-shirt with just the Nippies underneath, and my nipples aren't visible. I recently tried one other brand of nipple covers (Spicy Spot) because they were less expensive, and although they were thicker than Nippies, they were almost completely transparent and my nipples were quite visible under light-colored shirts. So in terms of how well they do their job, Nippies have definitely been worth the money for me. I love not having to worry about bra straps showing! Lifespan: As I said, I wore my first pair almost every day for 3+ months, so my estimate is that they've lasted about 100 wears. They have just now gotten to the point where enough of the adhesive has worn away that I can't wear them with looser shirts (though they're still fine with more form-fitting shirts, which hold them in place). I just ordered my second pair. It definitely took a little while to get used to not wearing a bra (I felt naked at first!) but I've come to trust the Nippies and I am so much more comfortable every day now. I no longer have to experience that awful mid-afternoon feeling of an underwire pressing into my ribs. It would be nice if they were a little cheaper, but I guess 25 cents (or less) per wear isn't so much to pay for all-day comfort. I've been really happy with this product. ****UPDATED 5/5/2011**** Just wanted to add that, although I purchased my next pair back in March (at the time I wrote this review), I didn't end up having to break out the new pair until yesterday -- I was able to keep using my old pair in spite of the fact that adhesive was coming off from the edges. There was still enough adhesive to make them stay on, and I tend to wear clothes that are slightly (though not extremely) form-fitting which has kept them laying flat even though the edges weren't really sticking to my skin anymore. Only when they stopped being able to stick to my skin did I have to ditch them for the new pair. So if you are someone who wears clothes that mostly conform to your body shape, you may find that you can make them last a long time (for me it was four months of almost everyday wear, which equates to over 100 uses). ****UPDATED 4/2/2012**** I've continued to love and rely on my Nippies on an almost daily basis, and I'm now on my 5th pair. Thought I would add this: the last pair I got aged a little weirdly (the adhesive did a peeling thing and overall they felt a little flimsier), and when I emailed Bristols 6 about it, I got a lovely, appreciative response from a customer service representative who promptly sent me a new pair (which seem to be normal so far). It was some of the best customer service I've ever received -- this is the kind of company you want to support!

These blend into my skin tone well and stick in the middle, but they do not stick on the outsides. There is no lift, if that is what you want to, but these are not supposed to add any volume. I'm not sure how they will be able to be reused if they didn't even stick well the first time. That being said, they are comfortable, but I was worried about them falling off all day. I do not think I will be reusing these and will be looking for a new brand.

I am a DDD and so a padded bra kind of goes against the whole point of trying to draw as little attention to my boobs as possible, so the nipple thing has ruined MANY a picture, and made me feel completely self-conscious a million times over. I work from home, so it hasn't really been an issue work-wise for the last 10 years, but I've recently started a part-time job in a professional setting, so something needed to be done, and since Amazon is the answer to most of my questions, it once again did not disappoint. I love these things. Love. I have been wearing them every day since I purchased them a couple of weeks ago, and most days I forget they're in until I am getting ready for bed. They stay exactly where I put them, they do not bunch up or pinch me or move around at all, and are completely not noticeable. They have solved a lifelong problem for me . After all this use, they are still sticky, and I have only had to wash them once and that was because I dropped one on the floor and retrieved it with some wayward cat hair. It was only about two days later that dust and lint were starting to collect because of the cat hair that I followed the directions and washed with a pump of hand soap and flapped them dry and put them away. They seem to be flattening out a little, but they are still as sticky as ever, and the slight flattening doesn't affect them in any way. I make sure to store them in the (very nice, sturdy) case, in the cups as instructed. I see these lasting quite a while longer, and even then, for the price, I would happily buy them again and feel like I got my money's worth. Like i said, I'm a DDD and i got the size 2 for D+ and they are actually larger than what I probably would have picked, although that probably helps them stay put. Another reviewer suggested leaning over and letting your nipple kind of fall into them. I put my bra on first and then free my boobs one at a time and kind of hold it against me, nipple up and rounded, and then kind of center the pasty and slap it on and then put my boobs back in my bra. I do this because I don't want to risk fussing around getting my bra on after I've put them on, for fear of disturbing them and possibly pinching myself (although that's not happened yet). The whole process takes about 5 seconds. Get them. you won't regret it. The sizing is spot on, and the quality is excellent, and you will never have to worry about entering a cold room again.

I bought these 4 years ago and as I went to use them today, I thought that these are really nice! They’ve held up well! I’ve worn these to go out, under bra less tops, I’ve worn them postpartum after my milk dried up but my nipples we’re still on their own program, I’m wearing them now bc my bra doesn’t have enough padding. It’s the items you reach for over and over without a second thought that deserves the attention. And this is one of those products!
