Was very happy to receive this new dog door for my very large pup family. Installed the beginning of February and the flaps did not last a week. Found a replacement flap, received it and went to install and it is nearly impossible. Not sure why the 2 very small screws are holding it up and why it's so difficult to install. Not very pleased with this product. Update: Company reached out to me and was able to make things right. Everything worked out and above all the issues I had, this company is outstanding and I would recommend them 10000%

I like that the dog door has to locking panels on each side. A necessity with these crazy high winds and storms. Very durable and easy to install.

The door and magnets are very sturdy and good quality. Only complaint I have is the covers are flimsy and don't stay on well. I have to completely remove them, I cannot just leave them on the door because any slight movement they end up falling down and closing the opening and leaving my dog stuck outside or inside. Overall as a door this is a good high quality door, I'd just remove the covers if they don't stay up.

Originally bought the medium door but found it too small for our two 30 lb cavapoos. Returned it and ordered the large and it's perfect. Our main problem is we have 7" thick walls. The product works great (exactly as advertised and designed), it's just a matter of getting our fur babies use to pushing through both flaps. But after a few days of forcing them through, they're slowly getting the hang of it. I'm sure they'll love the freedom this doggie door will provide once they get completely comfortable with pushing through the thick wall. Product itself is awesome!

We have had this dog door in for 1 month to the day. The flaps are absolute trash quality. IF they fall out, good luck getting them back in. I have to reinstall the flap every. single. time. my dog uses it. There is no support from the company on the product, no contact info, and no idea where to get replacement flaps or why the build quality is so poor. For the price, this feels like highway robbery. UPDATE: The company did get in contact with me and did resolve the situation within the means of the situation reasonably and respectfully. They’ve made the situation right, can’t ask for much more now a days!

Had a sliding glass door dog door insert before but we got tired of the amount of space that was left when the door was open. Finally got this and it is so much better than before. Took a little bit longer to get the animals used to having two flaps and wider than the one before but it is nice having the full width opening on our slider again.

I modified the installation of this door. I was able to easily install two 2 x 4s along each side. of the door. I used self-drilling 3-inch screws to secure the door to the walls (both sides) in lieu of using the included expansion hardware. That was just my choice. Rick E.
