Went to the dealership and they told me the rails where on back order for a month. We were leaving in a week. I purchased another brand on Amazon and returned. These cross bars are amazing and so heavy duty it’s awesome. The cons: the directions are a little misleading. There is no way to tighten the grip it’s all in the slide of the tension. I was able to set it in place flip it over and tighten the screws and boom a super snug fit. The pros : so easy to put together after some delays very easy to put in place after flipping over and tightening screws. No missing pieces and they are awesome! Fit perfectly on our 2022 Nissan Kicks. Would recommend. Fit right into the factory holes. No instructions are included, but they are pretty much self-explanatory. Boards across the top only go in one direction, identified with a sticker underneath. Once the side mounting brackets are put on but left loose for final fitment, you can see which one goes where. It’s a very strong construction, the paint has a very nice finish. Once it’s assembled (don’t tight crossbar screws) it’s very easy to install. It looks better than the OEM, and cost almost 50% less. I recommend to tighten the bases screws first and then you can finish tighten the crossbar screws. See pictures attached. The instructions doesn’t help at all, but shouldn’t be any problem for a regular person to assemble and install. It even comes with the “Torks” or star wrench. Once installed you’ll enjoy it.
