Horrible. Good for a 5yr old not a teenager or an adult. The top part broke after just 1 day. I had to gorilla tape it and it never fully stays filled, we have to constantly fill it up. Huge waste of money. Spend the extra 40 or 50 bucks and get a good floor bag. This is for babies.

It's tall and not heavy duty at all, it's air so it can easily get punctured and pop. I put water in it because if not it wall blow around. I don't have any sand, I thought it would come with a beginner sand bag or something just to hold it down a little but no. My brother is clumsy and we have a dog, I don't trust this lasting long AT ALLLLL. I will update in a few months with information. The headband with the ball is cheap and the wire falls off if not double tied. The boxing gloves are not legit nor anything close it. I'm curious why everything was. $89 if everything is so childish and cheap. I figured maybe the quality of the gloves would house most manufacturing costs based on the blow up punching bag, but nope, everything is cheap. Leakage will occur over time and it's not very sturdy in weight without gallons of water. ... show more

Love it! Setting it up was easy. Plus, it came with instructions and a pump for the set up. All well though. Now our gym is set. I love kick boxing and how I don't need to imagine my target. The boxing 🥊 were comfortable and fit me well. This is a great addition for sure.
