I’ve had this since Prime Day in the summer. Other than a non-working panel when received it has been wonderful. Customer service was absolutely great and sent out a new panel within a day. Easy repair myself. Assembly was a snap too. Literally a snap since the panels have a cam locking device that connect them. Seems very solid when you get in too. Plenty big enough for one. For 2 people you better like them a lot. Radio system is plenty loud. Heat is wonderful especially now when it’s getting cold here. You can’t recline in this. Probably have to go way up in price to do that. I’m very happy with the purchase and gave it 5 stars despite the malfunctioning side panel when received. ... show more

I bought this because I have chronic Lyme disease and read that this would be beneficial. I was truly amazed and pleased with the purchase. 1. Packaging/packing - was extremely well done and everything was securely protected and wrapped. 2. Ease of unpacking - just have plenty of area and places to stage things against the wall, etc. Very easy. 3. Assembly - I am an engineer and I've assembled my share of stuff over the years. Often very disappointed in quality and instructions. While the instructions for the sauna could be improved just a little, overall pretty good. The assembly was AMAZINGLY STRAIGHT FORWARD!!! I can't emphasize that any more. My wife and I had it completely assembled in 90 minutes once everything was unpacked and cleared out of the way. The four walls buckle together on top of the floor. A few screws for the bench seat and back rests and it was on to the top. A few things to plug together and you're all done. 4. Use - we were sweating it out 2.5 hours after starting assembly. It is wonderful !!! I don't ever give reviews because I'm rarely that impressed or that disappointed, but I have to say this item is very well made and almost feels handcrafted. I felt like I had to let other people know and I highly recommend this to anyone considering a sauna. ... show more

It started with great reviews, I'm very impressed with its quality and attention to detail. Easy to assemble, instruction manual needs a little work. Once plugged in and temp selected it started heating immediately, went to 140 degrees in less than an hour. Recommend the butt cushion,radio works great.     • First week, seems like it's going to last. Buuuut.

Everything came in 3 big boxes(50lb/110lb/140lb)-ish, if you expect to go upstairs. Packaging itself was done well for the size of item. However, I could not find a assembly/instruction manual in any of the 3 boxes! Only the small individual ones for accessories like the media panel/air refresher. If you have above average common sense, you can assemble without a single instruction. It's that easy to put together! Some of the corner cuts on the wood bench or panels could be crisper, but thats nit-picking the fittings. If you're a strong and large individual you can assemble it solo aswell, it becomes 100% easier when you have a second pair of hands though. Seems solid enough for thin wood panels and the glass is nice and thick by comparison. My biggest complaint, and this seems universal with consumer dry-saunas. That 140 degree maximum, it's just barely enough to get a good sweat. If a company would produce the same unit at 175 Fahrenheit, I would pay 30% more in a heartbeat. Oh and the product images show a outdated media center/panel. Overall on initial impressions 4/5 stars, if it last me a few years I will update accordingly. ... show more

Bought this on a whim cynically expecting issues with such a large in size and price item.Boy was I pleasantly surprised.Order arrived in about a week.Called a friend to assist me in assembling.It only took us about 90 minutes to carry it in from the garage and assemble.Everything fit together perfectly.The wiring connections are such that they only fit together the proper way.Began using it that day and it's been working perfectly.Heats up to maximum of 140 degrees if you like it that hot or set for lower temp.Since I got it am seeing all kinds of articles as to the enormous health benefits.This is the only product review I've ever written but was so impressed had to write. ... show more

From the delivery process to the assembly the was a great experience. My husband and I were able to unbox and assemble within an hour. It heated quickly and I actually used it right after it was assembled. The light brown is a beautiful look against our dark blue walls. It would be a tight fit for 2 people as we like to have room but it is ample room for 1 to sit in . So far -happy! ... show more

(*UPDATE* We absolutely love it still! We have had zero issues with the entire thing. We use it just about five times a week for an hour. We've now had it for over 2 years. We've even taken it apart and moved it upstairs without any issues!) The sauna was very easy to assemble for two individuals and only took about 45 minutes. It has plenty of room for two individuals as long as they don't mind being a little close. It heats up to about 141° within about 20 minutes. I would strongly recommend this sauna. We have now had it for about 3 months now and use it at least three times a week for an hour. Enjoy! ... show more
